  1. I dunno about here in WA, but my old man used to use this place for bits and pieces on his show bikes a few years ago. Its not cheap, (it IS a lot cheaper than it used to be) but the quality is pretty good, and its a LOT cheaper than getting them made in CF. http://www.mad-coatings.com/?page=home
  2. you dont have a mate with a stagea (with a cracked subframe) named Grant by any chance? +1 for a tour too!
  3. please tell me this mouth breathing waste of skin no longer has a job there? I admire your restraint man. I would have been demanding that the usless little cretin pays for the repairs himself. And that would be AFTER using his head for a wheel chock........
  4. check out some of the stage maps for Targa West. They cover pretty much every suggestion on here, and them some (Lady McNess dve is my pick) But yeah, my all time fav run is Kalmunda to Armadale. Canning rd to brookton hwy, brookton hwy to soldiers rd, follow it all the way to waterwheel rd and then out to the albany hwy. Not a huge run, but some of the best twisties you will find IMO. Take music that sounds good LOUD

  6. Is there any chance of getting to see a pic of the blocks side by side? Or, just a pic of the differences Please?
  7. OK, thread mining a bit here, but I just HAD to share this thing Its an old Lincon, and they slotted in the AWD system from a Chevy C10, and then blanked out the rear drive to allow a specialized ramp system for a harley to go in the back. They used a traditional front end airbag system for the REAR suspension too. Talk about engineering! linky for those too lazy to google http://www.decorides.com/decoliner_decoscoot.htm (did I mention it is for sale? *runs off to buy lotto ticket*)
  8. the fluid resovoir for the AWD system - its located behind the flap in the right hand side of the cargo area. If it runs dry of fluid and you get air in the system, hillarity will NOT ensue
  9. I am gonna ask the obvious question, how in the heck do you access the ATESSA bottle? plus, further to what Neil was saying, they are NOT free to air subs (sony xplod dont make them), and there is no way there would be enough space in them boxes anyway. I would heartily recommend talking to your local stereo experts and getting some proper sizes for those sub boxes. It may just be a case of extending the faces out into the cargo area some more, but just remember that the size they give you (usually in m3 or litres) will not include the incursion of the speaker itself, or the volume taken up by the amp. Sounds like a lot of stuffing around, I know, but the difference in sound quality will amaze you. double thumbs up for the effort you have gone to for a killer budget sound system though.
  10. Pft, sif use working as an excuse not to post! You have a lot to learn about this place dude welcome though.
  11. my brother once had a jack russell cross with a cool name Sinsemella Buddlington Wadshot We have a rottie named Lilly (real name is Glencoe Makea Move) and a beagle named Sophie, aka Jihad Jackie The Tap Dancing Terrorist
  12. Oh lawd That is farken GOLD!!
  13. Yep - its all on allright Cruise will be southish with a cafe strip and a couple of "fun" roads
  14. Would he do a *gulp* Pulsar? If so, I am on it like a fat kid on a cupcake
  15. Thanks for the bump Bubba As I may have already mentioned to a few of you, I have (since the inception of this cruise) managed to find enough employment to cover the costs of Ashleighs Grand Adventure myself. A HUGE thankyou to all the people that offered their generosity and support, and I am still gonna go ahead with the cruise, just without charging for the map, and the idea of offering prizes will be put back for another day. Maybe another (more organised) charity cruise in the not too distant future perhaps? The map is all planned and driven, and the little lady in question will be present (I may even manage to convince her to crack out the ole horn and blast out some James Brown or similar for youse ) Anyone that feels so compelled, can still make a donation, and as I said before, any money raised will be donated to the Jeuvenille Diabetes Foundation on behalf of SAUWA.
  16. Thou shalt not take thy name Teh Fury in vain
  17. how did they not smell it? Penguins fkn STINK!
  18. Happy birthday Nick! here, I even got you a cake
  19. wtf did they do to the bottom of the A pillar? That looks messy Other than that, very nice!
  20. Maybe because its already been declared lame? even FO wont make it cool. On the back of a pulsar, spelling out "Teh Fury" however.......
  21. can anyone else hear baby jeebuz crying? on a bluebird, even lame is a step up.
  22. japanese cakes rock my pants man but srsly, with the whipping the australian dollar is getting at the moment, I dont think we can hope to see any real improvement, especially one that is going to be reflected in the price of parts, any time in the hear future. The price of cars is gonna takew a bit of a hit, but the truth is, even with the AU in freefall over the last 6 months, importing hasnt actually gone up in price anywhere near as much as you would expect, ergo we are already seeing the cost savings in that area.....
  23. how will this affect other things close to our hearts, such as cake, on the global financial indications?
