  1. My sentiments exactly. I am still grinning like the village idiot.
  2. It is on the skid pan, but they get a bit toey about it on the track cause the surface isn't really up for it (apparently)
  3. does a bear shit in teh woods? Does teh pope wear a pointy hat? Damn straight It would! I was out at AHG today in my bog stock SSS pulsar, and I am pretty sure I have never enjoyed myself that much with my pants on before. For all you doubters whining about having too much stock gear on your car to get involved, I say grow some testicular fortitude and get your arse down there. They don't time track days so it is just yourself and your own abilities you are racing against, and you might even enjoy yourself! It is the ultimate way to go as hard or as slow as you like, and get up to all those shennanigans you aren't supposed to do on the road.
  4. Well, IMO there is nothing to stop the other parties signing up and putting their side of the story accross, and as a business desicion, if it were my company, I would either defend myself here, if I felt I needed to, or just ignore the forum all together. I certainly wouldn't want an "uninvolved" third party trying to make my arguments for me....... As for all this crap abiout defamation, could someone please point out where the complaince shop or importer is named anywhere here? Because I can't find it. As for the PM's etc, that is what we call "word of mouth" I kinda don't understand the purpose of the above post. Talk about kicking a bloke when he's down! These guys have just gone through every imported vehicle owners worst nightmare, and I for one think they have a right to vent their spleen. Just my 2c anywayz
  5. *runs out crying*
  6. How about a stagea, converted to 2WD with a VH45DETT? Bulk room in it, massive amounts of tyre shredding torque, and a wagon that looks like the result of a drunken one night stand between a volvo and a camry, but with an awesome V8 rumble
  7. cool - but was that an XE falcon that spun? Why the hell would someone want to drift THAT!?!
  8. LAWL!! Summed up soooo succinctly!
  9. here's another from my private collection. (the pic, not the trucks)
  10. I hear you can even get it on computers now......
  11. how rude! It looks more like a shoe than a shoe box...... If we can't get the numbers from just the stagea guys, maybe give SAUWA first refusal? Give it a few days for the word to get out anyway.
  12. Sigh! Its OK Micah, I will do all the hard work for you. By the way, how are you up for socks and undies?
  13. Shite No! Don't p1ss off anywhere - we n00bs need all teh help we can get! LOL Keep in mind, too, that the majority of cars that will be there, will be great lumbering land whales
  14. erm, the ferrari, right? your link take me to a list page....
  15. PM sent. Anymore info gathered will be passed on ASAP
  16. giving it to Dale for free - pricle$$
  17. I am not sure, the pulsar club is running one in Feb, and they were limited to 10 cars so i don't think there will be too much of an issue there. I have contacted the person responsible for theirs, and if they get back to me with any decent info, I will let you know ASAP.
  18. No experience whatsoever, but if you guys could see your way clear to letting a pulsar come and play, I would be there like a greased rat down a drainpipe!!!
  19. The stagea doesn't use wheel sensors, it uses g-force sensors, located under the centre console between the front seats. Maybe if one of the mercury switches was stuffed it could be constantly flicking the relays on/off? This seems uinlikely though, as Jermome would have found out - I have a feeling they would be very expensive to repair, not to mention difficult to source. My money would be on a stuffed relay.
  20. Seconded!! Chuckie pointed out an R34 at the drags here in Perth that has had a dual fuel conversion done to its Neo and it looks the goods, and the fact that I looked at it waiting in the staging lanes leads me to believe it will go hard too I was quite impressed with the overall way it was built, but I rekon the kit would go even better in a stagea due to more room in the back for the tanks(s)
  21. WELSH plug. They are there to fill up the hole left for expansion when the block (and sometimes head) is cast. Pretty rare for these to go if you are looking after the cooling system. I would go with the general consensus and chase heater hoses first.
  22. bwaa haaa haaa haaa haaaarrrrr! *sob*
  23. +1 "kick in in the guts, Barry!!"
