  1. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/20...s4-t202658.html problem solved!!!
  2. Well, that just confirms my suspicions of the dodgy compliancers here in WA because I know of at least one S2 stagea that has come from the workshop with the zenons completely untouched.
  3. Well, I didn't know that! And going by the amount of S2 stageas and R34's getting around Perth with the zenons on them, neither do the cops and compliancers......
  4. That depends entirely on the state the compliance was done in - Here in WA they go through compliance with the zenons untouched, but a few guys here got their car complied in Qld and they arrive over here with the headlights butchered back to Halogen
  5. wear strip? I have seen these protruding from some of the cheaper pads after they are about half way worn. The only way to know properly is to take off the calliper. Why do you need a compressor? Kinda gonna be stuffed if you get a flat tyre in the midddle of nowhere aren't you? Just put a socket and breaker bar on it, stick a long piece of pipe over the handle and then stand on it, if that doesn't work maybe you should think about some new wheel studs because the chances are they will be stretched to all buggery. If anyone ever tries to tighten your wheels with a rattle gun again, smack them across the back of the head with it. That shit should be left to the race cars
  6. Uh, the hardware isn't - the series 1 shares transfer case, driveshafts etc with the R33 GT-4 (and that was only ever released as NA, not turbo so the engine and stuff is fairly different to the RS stageas) so I think it is a little more complicated than that. Not to mention the amount of places it is possible to fall over on, in regards to the ECU, just like Duncan said.
  7. yeahhh bring it biatch!!!!!! *snaps fingers* teh pulsar will pwn joo too! PS - will you be bringing the "screaming dan" mascot doll for your passenger seat?
  8. well, mine had a turbo grill with an NA motor (originally) Its just one of those personal taste things I suppose. There are a few RS Four owners here in Aus that want to put NA grills on.......
  9. what you have - std NA spec grill what you want - Dolphin
  10. you, sir, are a f**knuckle!

  11. yeah - what sort of grill do you want exactly? Do a search on yahoo japan and have a look to get some ideas about what is out there. As for the indicators, the front ones are exactly the same as the nissan maxima (use the search function for "clear indicators" ) and the side repeaters are the same as a LOT of different vehicles. I have seen everything from Pulsars to commodores (4 door vauxall monaro to you lads in Pomgolia) you are pretty much only limited to what you can wire in and what will fit in the hole, but there isn't a lot of difference between cars. My choice is the N16 pulsar ones tho.
  12. Oh, wait......... Srsly, I was considering this very closely, as you have to remember that the stagea was never designed for an australian summer. I think the best way to look into this would be to wander through a (preferably nissan based) wrecking yard and see what is about. Maybe something like the twin fan setup from a maxima would suit? Anything that takes a load of the crankshaft can only be a good thing IMO.
  13. ^^ seconded. FI is slowly overtaking NA as the fuel efficiency king. Just have a look at the latest Volkswagon engine "twincharger" puts a turbo AND a supercharger on to a piddly little 1.4 4 cyl, they get decent power out (for a 1.4) and it returns about 30mpg city and 48mpg highway!
  14. very stealth Daniel, very stealth...
  15. spotted Daniel in his Autech just around the corner from me yesterday afternoon. Also, I know it isn't a tsagea, but spotted this in my cul de sac this arvo and just HAD to share. low 10 sec streeter with the biggest bottle of giggle gas I have ever seen in a street car - all unhooked of course massive rollcage, all fibreglass bonnets and bumpers.
  16. +1 and its a RB25DE box, not a DET..... Drop your new motor in, and when the box lets go in its first week, then do a manual conversion and you will be good to go! If your car is a S1 and the problem is electrical, then changing the box will make a difference - the ecu doesn't control the gearbox.
  17. I can't say about S2's, but I can tell you that my S1 had toughened glass lenses - definately wasn't polycarbonate spread all over the road
  18. Ooooooh you WILL be eating it buddy - no worries there!
  19. ^^ redundant argument - teh pulsar will pwn joo alll!!!!!! Hay Brad - bend over *swipes card* transfer of funds complete!
  20. need more info!!! what series? (this will make a difference) If S2 is it triptronic? is the car 2wd or 4wd? BTW, don't fear the kickdown - the RB25 will handle 6000rpm no worries, even std. I probably wouldn't do it all the time, but now and again won't hurt it.
  21. hey hey, don't be a hater now Lyle nuthin wrong with teh pulsar - it might even embarrass a few "boat" owners!
  22. Wooo Hooooooooo! payment will be sent today!! *prepares to unleash Pulsar Fury!*
  23. Or, you could just let a few of the standby guys in.....
  24. nah - when you guys all get pwnd by a pulsar I want you all to know it
