  1. hehe I DIY! Fibreglass hit and some sandpaper.
  2. I'd be keen to hear your take???
  3. I love stageas but this thing looks awesome! I'd still probably go the stagea but this thing looks great. Would make an awesome ski wagon - and different too. Got any pics of the back?
  4. I'd probably say no.. Scared :\ Cool vid tho
  5. Pulsar wtf ?? Skyline looks awesome - with a GTR bonnet would look HOT AS
  6. Pickin up some food eh? I was at Xenos having some easter lunch with my bro. I was telling him how stagea's are the perfect sleeper volvo lookalike snow mobile
  7. I have always maintained the former. I would always go with that if I needed to upgrade a stock exhaust system. I trust batmbl's pipes because they look like a good design, lots of people have made power on them and he's a good guy to deal with. The second hand cat back you can inspect and make sure has no kinks etc and you can wash it out. For a metal pipe as long as it flows as good as it came out of the factory it's going to do it's job - it doesn't matter if some crazy Nihonjin has used it already
  8. Spotted a whale with a plate and a stockish stagea at Crows Nest this arvo. STR-86T i think. SAU sticker on the back. Nice sound.
  9. bump. Noone is even LOOKING at the car. What's wrong with you people!?!
  10. When you say no sphericals you mean no sphericals for the rear camber kit?
  11. Haha I love the posts that say "don't bother, don't call the cops if you have trouble" - WTF is wrong with you people? You have turned your brains off and submitted to the state? Really a police officer is just as much accountable to us the citizens as the government is. Obviously in practice it's not always easy to pursue but with the kind of attitude in this thread we may as well just get rid of the branches of government which are designed to protect oversight and accountability. As for keeping our own registerer I don't really think that's helpful to anyone - if you have a bad experience and are legally in the right then just make a complaint through the systems already established - they are after all the authroritative ones.
  12. If you don't want to find the remote you'll have to get in and find the immobilisation point. It should be the same on every r33 but I doubt you'll have people posting this up on the forum -especially since they don't know you're not really a thief that hasn't figured it out. Obviously, if you own the car you could just get someone to come out and install a new alarm and get them to disable the old one at the same time. If they've worked on a r33 before doing the same thing they should know. Good luck.
  13. You might get more help with proper punctuation and grammer..
  14. Grey Imports at Annandale gave me a good quote on clutch install. Then again they always charge reasonably.
  15. There's always a troglodyte that learnt to type out there... I was referring to the direction car makers are generally heading, not making a direct comparison. You should really learn to pick out themes and contexts - you won't even need to put your VB down.
  16. Gday, If you're new to this you probably won't want to do those things *if* you're just wanting a quicker time. For example the BOV won't help you - probably cause more issues then not. The stock one is really quite good and skylines, especially the whale model r33's are really good at sounding great. Your CAI + pod idea is a good start. The next would probably be making sure the exhaust is 3" from the turbo, not just the cat back. As for the front mount you actually made a good point yourself. Get a GTR cooler! I'm using one and it's fantastic. ECU upgrade you probably won't need for the moment. Search around, read up on stuff and you should be fine. P.S. there are plenty of threads of what to do up in what order too.
  17. R&R is overpriced for what is essentially a well toasted peice of dead animal. Doesn't anyone care that stuff rots on your colon for years? Although... mm steak
  18. Thanks guys. Ethan - thanks for PM what a legend - PM sent back.
  19. Need 5 stud rims + tyres to borrow for one day for rego - will be getting new tyres soon but would like to re-rego my car in the meantime. It just needs a pink slip and would appreciate anyone being able to lend me a set of 5 stud rims (off a s14/s15/skyline/whatever) for half a day or so. Obviously the tyres will need to pass pink slip and I'll be doing all the wrench work. Preferrably on the Northern Beaches
  20. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHahahahahAHahahahAHAHAHAHAHAHaHaa World wide development platform GMH/Vauxhall/Opel/Chev etc etc = lameness. This looks like a bigger opel astra doo-hickey. Forget GMH and bring back the silvia I say.
  21. v_twin vs rukus = wtf?? Anyhoo. RAF-532 GTR on george street today... Damn skyline owners with chromies.. what a waste haha
  22. Thanks Konect! Will put it up - got any more photos??
