  1. more sr20 cefiros?!?! oh no!! Good on ya mate - don't have any stock stuff but good luck!
  2. Ah good stuff. Have I been slack or did I end up emailing you or linking you the pics of my door install? Oh well either way you have done well so I guess it doesn't matter. Sorry if I didn't but my server went down and I'm not sure if you were one of the people I was meant to send pics to and didn't... or did.
  3. Got r33 passenger seat here also - dono bout the rails.
  4. Hey thanks for the pics - got any high res or specs/info on the sr20 ?
  5. My car rattles like a bitch. Try to cover those holes in the top left and top right of the door :uh-huh:
  6. My sincerest apologies for you guys waiting for 2hrs+. I was running late to space station and decided by the time I got there I wouldn't make it to Penrith cos noone from space station was going there and plus I wouldn't make the time. Little did I know you guys would wait 2hrs+ - oh well next times the trick! 5 cars sounds like a great number so apologies again for missing it guys hope everyone had fun!
  7. Daveo - H4's what the? XZE - H1's what the? Well guys looks like when you're buying these you WILL have to check your bulbs to make sure you order the right ones - I will not be held responsible if you pick the wrong ones. I will ask supplier if it's ok to chose which type you want then anyone can have whatever the hell they want. XZE - I have a set of H1's sitting here I was going to exchange for H3s when they came in but will sell them to you if you want (wouldn't mind the money in the meantime to buy an oil cooler). PM if interested. grandmasterb - You need ballasts for HID bulbs to work so if you didn't get those you didn't get an HID kit. High beams don't generally use HID because they take a while to warmup. Please start another thread for help on this.
  8. This group buy starts in 2 weeks after I have them installed in my car so I can take pics and stuff and also gives people time to get their $$ together. So the group buy will open in 2 weeks - I will update the thread, give details of when we can expect the kits at your door from time of payment and all that sorta stuff. Just have $ in 2-3weeks because with this much demand I think we should be able to have enough confirmations and stuff within the first week of the group buy so it should be fairly quick.
  9. Bummer deviat. Bummer too_much. What time meet space station?
  10. CEF11E I'll be at the space station. I'm pretty sure it's Epping Road on the end it starts so if you're coming from the city just go over the bridge and follow the freeway till it ends around Lane Cove. Then keep going straight and it turns into full on freeway, then there's a turnoff on your left for Shell space station - next to the Compaq building (which you can just see from the road). I think that's right - someone correct me if I'm getting mixed up.
  11. First post updated. - Choice of 6000k or 8500k available. - Disclaimers added
  12. Good to get some interest we might hit 10 or 20 at this rate. r32 guys you will have to check your lights - I've attached the picture of the H3C assembly. If it doesn't look like this you have H1's in which case please contact BATMBL directly! If you notice the little wire that's plugged into the plug I'm holding that's the 'conversion' for H3C to accept H3 bulbs (the HID kit will be H3) - we all need to do this to allow the H3 bulbs some grounding.
  13. I am waiting to hear from BATMBL to see if the colours will be choosable - I will update my first post when confirmed. I can't guarantee these will fit BNR32 - have you checked they are H3 or H3C ? (photos of H3C assembly from thread linked in first post) If you still want to be in please say so in the thread and I will start the list in 2 weeks when the group buy is open.
  14. lol pimp my ride god they do some shocking work. "It's cali.. you GOTSSS-ta have a CHROME PACK!" lol
  15. I've cross posted this thread as it will apply to r32 owners with H3C type headlights if they want to get in on the action but I'm aiming it at the cefiro lads so that's why the main post in the cefiro section. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...ead.php?t=75649 Either way, more the merrier! :grouphug:
  16. HID GROUP BUY NOW OPEN! The kits are Kaixen, which are a quality Korean brand - Sure we'd all like to go German but when you're not going to spend $1k+ on headlights then this is the next best thing (imo). Checkout BATMBL's website about them www.bosimporting.com.au The price will be $390 delivered - this is a damn good price guys I haven't found any cheaper. You have the choice is 6000k or 8500k. The 6000k is white with a tiny tinge of blueness. The 8500k is basically blue. The 6000k is the one that will provide the better light but the 8500k will probably attract more attention. Needless to say I went with the 6000k one List of group buyers: 1/ Jazree | H3 | 6000k - Need payment!! 2/ tuyen | H3 | 6000k Need payment!! 3/ jaik | H3 | 6000k PAID! OK!! 4/ eman6600 | H3 | 8500k Need payment!! 5/ KICKIN | H3 | 8500k PAID! OK!! 6/ 7/ 8/ 9/ 10/ I said earlier that these will require an extra little wire to ground the bulbs if you had H3C (like my cefiro and my flatmates r32) - I have installed this and THIS IS NOT THE CASE. The H3 kit will go straight in to a H3 or H3C assembly. disclaimer - I've heard that r32 projector lights can be H3C or H1. Cefiros also differ!! My flatmate's r32 was H3C's, BHDave's were H1 - both r32s of similar years. This is up to you to check which kit you should use!!! IF IN DOUBT POST UP A PIC!!!!!! This is not my responsibility!! :wizard: This group buy has expanded since I started it but the focus is still about cefiro owners so snap it up lads! [edit note:] I've edited this post to reflect the current information. Basically all you have to do is to PM me or say in this thread "Yes I am confirmed, I'd like to have 6000k/8500k in H1/H3/H4" and I will update the list. You will pay BATMBL straight into his account - I don't want no money! This ensures you get warranty (1yr). Once we hit 10 people everyone will then be asked to pay into the account. You will then be sent the kits and they will be delivered to you around 2 weeks. Simple as that! If anyone has any problems with the way the group buy is operating then make suggestions but I don't wanna talk about how to do it all week I'd rather just do it hehe I've put mine in today and I've got pics. Pic 1 - left side 55w phillips halogen (bluevision) only Pic 2 - right side kaixen HID kit 6000k only Pic 3 - both sides showing for a comparison Pic 4 - Looking at the lights (it's off centre to get the correct spot metering) They're nice.. real nice and even better on the road I'm particularly impressed with the cut off of the projectors, also the lack of glare, although these factors are more to do with the projectors than the kit itself those buying HID for the first time to fit in projectors would like to know they work nice
  17. Thanks for the tip suckpoo. I used prepwash on my wheels to get the majority of the gunk off. Dono if that will give you shine in itself tho.. helped with my mildew/brake dust.
  18. Damn that's messed up. Kneecap em all.
  19. Autosol seemed to work for me but not shiny enough. It's a pity too cos I can't get out the mix of mouldy brake dust build up right on the inside of the dish.. I'm talkin bout thin strands but caked on and won't come off scrubbing at all! Need help getting them off (need something to scratch it off with but something that won't hurt the wheels.. i.e. not steel wool)
  20. Oh my god. One of the less than handfuls of 33's I think are good looking! 32 looks hot too.
  21. Bummer dude but atleast it was stolen off them and not you. If they recover it they'll get it back and fix it and if you're still keen on it you can get it.
