Gday guys, I picked up a gearbox for my car which is currently off the road. The gearbox was filthy - probably left outside or forgotten in a garage somewhere, but for $100 I can't complain. Anyways it's time to put the gearbox in next week and before I do I thought I'd clean it. Is this gearbox clean enough to install, or should I get in there in every nook n cranny? I'm doing this manually and the prepwash is making me woozy.. actually I'm pretty woozed up right now so I'd like to stop.

I thought realistically it's like 5rwkw difference? They can just use a broomstick.

It is indeed a wonder bar - same as mine except in black. Looks nice btw. I too have the problem that my sideskirts don't match. They're aftermarket but just not low enough - if you find ones that match lemme know.

$600 for a flywheel seems excessive to me. But GTRs maybe require a special flywheel, in which case I take it back Stick with your stock one, machined, unless you need that extra %2 of responsiveness from your car. I would honostly do this closer to the end of the "doing up" thing unless convinced otherwise.

Ok I have tested my resistor for this, and all these components look fine, my hand controller was not plugged in, nor was my input/output. It's strange that fusion would have the same resistor burn up and put it down to the h/c cable, yet mine isn't plugged in and this resistor burns. Also it worked fine before, all I did was unplug it, mount it and plug it back in. The 12v is coming from my accessories as it was before (I'm actually scared to wire it up to the ECU power now incase it causes something bad to happen). I've double checked the polarity is correct. I'm all out of ideas - my last hope as I see it is replace all the components S-Kid has outlined in red and try again. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I got a cefiro and I'm down with SAU. You'll notice on the shannons link you posted the car clubs there are classic/vintage/old school car clubs. None of them are Nissan clubs I joined because: 1- they're the most helpful and knowledgable people 2- least amount of keyboard kiddies 3- active track peoples 4- cheap membership 5- active street peoples (meets/cruises etc) 6- CAMS affiliated (NSW) What more could you want?

There have already been threads about this - try searching for SydneyKid's posts then looking at the title that suggests suspension settings. I have adjustable camber plates on the front - I saw some on ebay for cheap (second hand cusco i think) recently. For the rear I have a 'camber kit', I don't know what else it's called but yeah they're just arms really and I bought mine from garage-13.

I'd love that. Dono if it's worth $200 for it though, why is car stuff so ridiculously expensive? I might have to get contacts in japan to source it myself and see how much it costs.

They look sweet - pity none for a31, wonder if any of those woudl be easy fit/modification. Sometimes I wish I didn't live in sydney so I could have gauges on my dash like that without fear of unwanted attention.
