so you used a slightly longer banjo bolt? the only thing I can think of sometimes there is a restrictor built into the bajo bolt and a water feed will most likely be flowing more than an oil feed.
providing the orrifice inside the bajo bolts are the same (could be hard to check for certain) and you had it seated down on the washers properly it 'should' be ok. but I honestly think you'll feel better once you swap it. turbo oil feed is a pretty crucial thing to ensure long happy turbo life. too much, or too little oil and you have problems. and if it leaks even worse as it's under some decent pressure, and hot oil, onto hot manifold = fire.
