If you fit all metal pinapples NVH will increase greatly. For best effect fit urethane pinapple uppers and alloy lowers. This will keep the vibrations down, and still give you the desired results i have been told

have someone help you Its a bastrdos job to get that pin off the master rod, but can easily be done...just dont lose the damn pin like i did Check out the condition of your pedal box too, cos mine split and broke after i had replaced my master...

Cant answer that Sk, as i bought it as part of a package out of a r32. (consisting of r33 box, tailshaft, modified speedo drive and x member). It did have a sticker on the shaft from who made it, but its not on there now. i bought it all for $1600 about a year ago now.... Cubes has seen it, and its damn light.......

1) What is (more or less) max boost for standard RB20 Turbo ? - 14psi 2) Will R33 FMIC piping work with RB20 or is the pipework different orientation ? - drivers side return pipe is different 4) Is the R32 4door exhaust (cat back) the same length and orientation as a 2 door version ?- 4 door is slightly longer 5) Is the GTS-4 suspension (front and rear) same as a GTS-t or GTR or neither ?-gtr i believe 8) Is the exhaust cam gear same as RB25DET ?-yes, inlet adj. cam gears are good as there is no vvt i think....? 9) Is the AFM in RB20DET same as RB25DET - and will Z32 AFM help with increased resolution ?-cubes is using a series 1 r33 i believe, and a z32 can be used as well... 10) Is it worthwhile getting RB20 turbo hiflowed with new (steel) wheels ? At what cost ? Or is it simply better/less cost to get a 2nd hand HKS 2430-previous owner of my car had this done, and it cost roughly $1100. It just made ~218rwkw @ 1.1bar recently on a tune 11) Is the RB20DET and RB25DET exhaust manifold the same ?- yes 12) Is mounting a FMIC on the R32 similar to the R33 ? Places here in Adelaide like Sprint, Repco..etc. Cant remember what brand it was i used.... Just tell em you are looking for an aftermarket pump.

$80 for an aftermarket pump. The labour is to pull the belts off the front of the motor, & the harmonic balancer....then reinstall it all...

ive got a 1 piece alloy tailshaft behind a r33 box in my r32, and its definitly lighter than the std 2 piece setup. Easily pick it up with 1 hand....

yeah i had fluid down my pedal inside the car. It took me half hour or so to remove it, then about the same to put it back...plus bleed the new master. My pedal box broke about a month later, popping the spot welds, and twisted to buggery with the new found pressure in the pedal I need to replace the slave now too....id say do both just for peace of mind.

I installed mine myself Chris. Its pretty easy...2 bolt on the actual master cylinder, and then its just the clutch fluid line on the master. Its a bas*ard of a job, up under the dash....you need to take the pin out of the rod that controls the master too Give us a yell if ya need a hand

the 1.06 rear on the ford xr6....i dont think id like the way the power would come on as opposed to the way it does with the 0.8x rear....

Pfft...ive gotten a fair few this year...more than any in my driving lifetime. This year alone it has taken anywhere from 3 weeks, to 2 months to receive the fine in the mail.....

my redline on my rb30det with the std rb25de non turbo cams still makes power till up to 7000rpm. The redline is set to 7200....a set of cams and it can still rev like my old rb20 did, but it has more power now off boost than the rb20 did on.....gimme a pm some time, and ill show you if you like

Got any more info on these turbos disco? Im looking for something for my 3L....how do these compare to the old GT35r's? Whats changed from the previous turbo... Also noticed they have a GT32 series now??

my car still sounds like an rb motored car. Its is roughly the same, if not quiter than my old motor.

Had a retune today to clear up some issues...pulled ~218rwkw @ 1.1 bar with the rb20 highflow turbo....and about 30 more Nm of torque

yer...i fitted a r33 catback to my r32. Hangers need to be chopped and changed to suit mounting points.

only the springs....dunno if it helps much

i got some std height front springs you can borrow Let me know if you need them...

tt's are dangerous in my opinion... what are you guys going to do if someone t-bones your car at high speed, and your sitting there trapped in your car unconscious....hey the ignitions been killed, but the cars still pumping fuel.... I personally dont want to be burnt in my car, so i chose not to use one...same goes if you roll the car and the fuel lines are cut/broken.....pumps fuel out still.....

a seized bearing can result in a snapped bolt.... Dont mess with the servicing of a timing belt. It can result in a dead motor....

With these Steve, i havent heard much about them. I havent looked at the rear suspension too close, and dont know where they are situated on the rear... Care to shed some light for me on what they do / and what they adjust.....*I need to use the search button more i think*
