  1. Hi ppls, Has any one came across some one who brings the Kyosho Mini-Z R/C cars in to AUS? http://www.atomicmods.com/category.aspx?categoryID=59 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ViHOjfTZNAQ Awesome little things, I wouldn't mind getting one for my umm 21month old boy. lol Would any one have better pics of the R32 GTR, from what I can see the R32's shell looks a little crappy. The R34 looks good but.
  2. Talk about off topic.... lol u got a warning busky2k?? Damn hoons.. lol
  3. Ahh ok so the centre cartridge wasn't unbolted and moved so that its 'square' if you like? Have a look in the sticky there's another rubber hose bloke who deals with only hoses. Pop through there and see what he has. I was really after just a nice rubber oil resistant hose like stock uses but Adelaide hose and belt only had the pressure stuff that tends to be a little stiff.
  4. Most likely not.
  5. hrmm might have a look in to the splitfires.. They are around the $$ I'm looking at spending and also have the oil temp readout in degree's C not F.
  6. Your insurance isn't willing/able to fix the car and chase it up on your behalf without any cost to you?
  7. The 25 may read a little more vac.. I know the 30 definitely reads more vac than the 20. wun hung small, The autometer reading a little higher than you suspect scares me a tad. I was about to lay out a few hundred in autometer guages (oil temp, pressure, exh. temp) Any chance you can confirm it is indeed reading incorrectly? Whats the stock guage read when the autometer is reading 1bar?
  8. Thats right.. Mark99 here in SA. Modified rb30 crank, rb26 rods and custom pistons (low compression height). Should bump his thread and ask how the motors going. From a technical point of view its not optimal due to rod side load but it may not be that bad. EDIT: Those rods you have look meaty as.
  9. Ahh well there we go then... I've never cared if the latest isn't compatible, 9 times out of 10 a driver is released to fix an issue.... Not in VIA's 686B and sblive case though. If you remember those years.
  10. The vid where you said a rolling start in second r34 side mount full 3" exhaust etc... You accelerated from a really low rpm in second and held it right out. Well I couldn't hear it punch. I saw the other vid where you went first short shift in to second, held second out then pinned it at what looked like ~4000rpm. n/a like is good.. means its spooling early. The top end looked nice. I miss being able to rev mine out. Head needs to come off and that should be sorted.
  11. The idea is to set the aac valve so that idle is 650rpm (R32) with the plug disconnected, with the plug connected (solanoid) its used to raise idle when needed (powersteer, a/c & prevent stalling etc) The solenoid shouldn't be relied upon to get you your 650rpm as this is when hunting occurs. If its wound all the way in and the car won't idle the car will still start but stall.
  12. Almost looks N/A in the second gear roll on.
  13. Latency not the same as bandwidth. Your issue would have been a hardware driver, combination or setup issue. Sometimes having the latest and greatest hardware is not such a good thing. A good old 10mbs lan will yield a 0-1ms ping so I'd say your issue is else where other than you owning a fast new computer. Did you check/swap your patch cable? Computers suck at times.
  14. Ahh yes thats it. Just save the files and rename the php to mp4.
  15. Z240, I haven't heard from niz32r since I sent a pm and email. I would expect if some one wants a part they would be sure to check their email the next day. Are you still interested? I've posted pics in the thread opening post.
  16. lol no... in reply to ash's previous post...
  17. Depending on the manifold you may require a small spacer. Not expensive and not something you will have trouble sorting out come time to fit.
  18. So you run stockers or tomei? I think it really does vary from car to car.
  19. Nice.. hrmm I wonder why the one I saw was sitting on a few psi. Maybe just a dud.
  20. It worky. Hows the guage. Does it sit on zero?
  21. Open it up and take pictures/measurements and we can then tell you Just remember which way you take the gears out and be sure to put them back in the same way.
  22. Link no worky.
  23. Dav, How you get vid worky? Mine comes up with quicktime and then fails and drops a question mark in it. I'd assume something to do with codec.
  24. The AAC unplugged wouldn't cause the car not to start though. Maybe start then stall if its adjusted incorrectly but nothing a little press of the accelerator couldn't get going.
