  1. No I mean both bolts have a restrictor. The block side banjo also had a restrictor where as the turbo side banjo does not. So in total there's 3 restrictors. Banjo bolt with restrictor -> banjo with restrictor ------ oil feed line ------ banjo with no restrictor -> banjo bolt with restrictor
  2. Both banjo bolts have a restrictor.
  3. Where the freak is the new dyno graph.
  4. I'd also be interested in a faster acting IAT sensor.
  5. haha top work. Bring it out for a cruise... What are the cam specs?
  6. I've never had issues with the tail shaft bolts and ring spanners being too small with sidchrome ringy's. I use a ring spanner with an open ender on the opposite end. I then grab a suitable ring spanner that I loop over the end of the openender and have plenty of leverage. As for the half shaft bolts. Do the same thing; crack them via the method above then use a stuby ratchet ringy and off they come.
  7. I will be there.
  8. Mine squeaks.. Mine is the pin that secures the master cyl rod to the pedal. My bushes were stuffed so I removed them; if i push the pin to the right the squeek stops; it then slowly works its way to the left again and starts squeeking. Looking at the pin and pedal section the pin has placed a fair whack of a dent in the pedals metal due to almost 200,000km's (255,000km's total) of running heavy clutches.
  9. The local tailshaft bloke who does a lot of the tailshaft work for the imports here in Adelaide knows of a suitable replacement that ends up costing a little over $150 for the bearing and work. So he says....
  10. Lots of lift is the key. Most definitely possible on pump fuel. As a comparison with the rb25de head and stock exhaust manifold he previously made 312rwkw on roughly the same boost. And I believe it has since made 397rwkw on ~20psi but appeared to have hit a brick wall; most likely that .82 rear so at ~380rwkw it was at its sweet spot so to speak. R33racer pulled similar numbers on pump fuel.
  11. Reminds me of a mate when we were out hooning on the good old CR80's at 14yrs old. Popped in to a servo for gear box oil; bloke behind the counter said this stuff will work but it may be a bit thick when cold. So my mate asks... Can I mix it with a bit of water to thin it out then. lmfao.
  12. Sounds like a bad accident. Any other cars involved?
  13. lmao Steve.. your full of shiet. As if it was a virus or browser hijacker.
  14. Good stuff. Had a chuckle to all of them. Now to show the other half. lol
  15. Is the cat ok?
  16. I checked mine and 5,000km's of daily driving later I have had 2 turbo -> manifold nuts come loose and have just lost 1 dump pipe bolt. Its a biatch.. All torqued up correctly also. Off to get some oem locking tabs and to sort out something for the dump pipe.
  17. There's no need for a bigger fuel rail. Throw some injectors at it and it will be fine.. Or you can waste $$ on mods that won't improve performance/reliability.
  18. Joel.. You can get a set of Tighe regrinds with a 254duration 8.5mm lift for $220-$300 + the std gtr sticks which can be picked up for 60-100. rbman went with the 254's (708c grind), I believe they set him back 220ish. Simon went the 261's (805c grind) that set him back ~$300. Don't go too big in the cams department with the rb20 as port velocity will suffer and turn it in to a lazy disappointing drive. Myself.. 805c.
  19. I'll have to grab a vid of the garrett equiv to the hks3037s; its quite a bit louder even with a stock air box. Dale.. A friend recently did this with his gt35r 1.06 iw bolted on to the std exh. manifold and picked up ~20rwkw.
  20. Don't try and re-invent the wheel. Get the part number of the navara sender from this thread and purchase one.
  21. Order a PFC and see how long you have to wait. Their site states 'sent' but that really means they have ordered the item waiting for it and then will package and post it. You will get it........ eventually.
  22. It appears tighe use the 0.006 lift to name their cams. 708c - 254 duration 8.5mm lift 805c - 261 duration 8.8mm lift 806c - 264 duration *not 100% sure unable to find the data* brup brup brup. Whats the idle set at simon?
  23. We will be there...
  24. Sorry to hear bud. My woof at the moment is a big sook rotty that just loves to play ball even with strangers. Some guard dog he is lol. Barks at the fence; you walk in and he runs to get the ball. :S
  25. Impressive Simon. I was initially scared by those cam specs but I'm definitely thinking they are the way to go now.
