    Just spoke to Chullora Toyota then. Apparently they will have cars by the end of next week, so I'm booked in for a test drive. I would never blind buy a car, so If i have to wait for a test drive, I'll wait. Don't think I can justify the price of the GTS, the base model sounds like a pretty sweet deal to me. Any idea what the on-road cost for the base model will be?

    $30k? f**k it, I'm going to buy one. Sounds great out of the box, and with mods it could be a real fire cracker. Will test drive as soon as they're available.

    What Hawk Brake pads would you guys recommend for a track day car? The car only sees the track, but only for track days, not long sessions either. Is the DTC-60 overkill? What about the HT-10? Cheers

    I have a legit OMP fixed back seat, however I want to swap it out for a recliner for when I use the car on the road. Hence the question about the safety of these fake reclining seats.

    How do the reclining Bride Copies and other fake seats compare against the legitimate products as far as safety is concerned? Also, what are the safety implications of using 4 or 6 points harnesses with reclining seats? Cheers!

    I remember in an old SPEED mag, there was an R32 with the number plate "R32" which was basically the inspiration behind what I'm doing with my car. Does anyone know the car or have pics from that mag? Cheers!

    Thanks mate, I actually have a half cage installed by Brad, was actually more interested in what people dowith the interior after the cagfe has gone in. My car is completely stripped inside with just a bare metal half cage and seats, so just need some ideas about to what do with all the open space

    Thanks for that. Not sure what to do with the rear seat whether I shoudl cover it in marine carpet or just leave it bare. Same goes for the roof too. Any more shots guys? Cheers!

    I'm in the market for a new car in the sub $40k bracket, and the XR5, 3MPS, GTI and the new WRX sedan were the cars I was going to check out. Any others worth having a look at? The Megane interests me but its french and a bit out of my price range. Not sure what else is out there though. Any other suggestions?

    How do vinyl wraps hold up on the race track? Do they get minced up as soon as any stones or gravel hit it?

    Awesome thanks very much for that! I think I might just stick with LM Blue, much less chance of getting it wrong! It would be hard to tell if you actually got the colour right, since the car lives in Japan. Plus LM Blue (with white wheels) is still an awesome colour.

    Yeah I thought it might the 33GTR LM Blue but just wanted to make sure. I've been looking everywhere for the paint code for Calsonic Blue but can't find it. The LM Blue is still pretty awesome might just stick with that!
