  1. lol nice thread. this is what i think a ricer is, feel free to correct/add to it. a ricer is a driver who puts on 'unneccassary mods'. for eg. a GT wing on a lancer. even when a wing doesnt come into play until above 150km/h. a ricer is also a person who knows nothing about cars and acts like they do giving advice. here is a ricer http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=3Ry6Cf4EHI0 ok so "the pulley pulls the turbo making it spool the drizzle?" nuff said and this http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=ijJgZWGO3VI ok so the gtr is a special model?!!?!?! and its a rotor, with pistons and everything?!!?!!=yes
  2. now im thinking
  3. double clutching is an art. bloody hard when u start. make sure u practice in sparce traffic too. it is primarily used to keep the revs up=faster e.t. but its mainly just a show off thing on the street for the honda's and holdens to show off their loud exhausts
  4. $18,000. not a fan of the kit, or interior, or the uber cool t-wing (!)
  5. ahhh i c http://www.sunamiturbo.com/ nuff said

  11. yea i can understand what your saying. they have a touch of rx7/mx5 to them
  12. plus on r33, not sure about r32's. u have to remove the stock bolt mount (the little bit of steel sticking up with 2 bolt holes in it), near the plenum. and its a pain in the arse. took me 1hr.

  19. ummm yea. still waiting for my management, been about 3wks. and took cd about a month to get his whitelines in....remember f**ken useless
  20. f**k autobarn f**ken c**ts, language i know. will take my business and bundles of cash to brissie. they dont seem to make the effort they once did. now because of their lack of planning and service skills. i am now crippled
  21. i just saw a crash into one 2 weeks ago on my way back from goldie. a little hatch back had put the front right bar into the steel rope fence. the damage wasnt too bad,,, it was drivable. it look like the wire had SLOWED down her car while she was against it. btw, the fence was still standing. so i think theyre a good thing. but on a head on impact i wouldn't like to be in the car. the fences look like they could easily decapitate u. so on a head on=bad on grazes and brushes=good
  22. hi guys. ive been given the shaft by f**kING autobarn. -language- i would like to know where i can grab a pre-fabbed greddy throttle body adapter for a stock r33 throttle body. does anyone know where i can pick one up on the same day? budget is $150ish sunshine coast/brisbane area. need a place that has them in stock. any stores out there?
  23. lol need some attention mitch. heres a convo starter. autobarn f**kING SUCKS ASS. ordered a throttle body adapter for me greddy plenum about 3 weeks ago. they then told me it was arriving today. but i called up and was told it wasnt,. and why? because the supplier only drops off their stuff on tuesdays.. f**k THEM ALL f**k AUTOBARN spend your money somewhere better, and avoid their f**king rediculous prices
  24. snake oil my good man. a map sensor, quality filter, an airbox with a nice big 3''-4'' cai pipe will be just as good, and 'less' restrictive than a afm.
  25. stay away from walbro's man. bad news all over this site. however one common problem with the bosch o40 on the other hand is that u will need a dedicated power and earth wire, as u dont recieve the full voltage (i wasnt). also the 040's have a tendancy to overheat and burnout. so there are sides to both story's. buy new, as u will get a warranty
