dude, when i had my f*kitsibu muffler on with a mid muffler in the system it was whisper quiete. sounded stock.. so that wont be a problem IF u have a mid muffler.. I HOPE U DO

lol, im not sure if this is true, as it was on aca or tt... but they said that all the fuel that is in these bowsers, comes from the same production plant. so it wont make a difference what BRAND it is, just what ron rating it is. lol, if anyone knows if the petrol thing is false, please correct me...i did hear is on aca/tt after all:S

what he said ^^^^ i had a safc on me gtst, only gained roughly 20kw. but if u splurged the money for a gtr, spend the extra $1000 and get a pfc. u dont want to wreck your pride and joy.

yea mate....seriously all u will hear is a buzz and hiss on priming. and other than that u cant hear it. i only heard it because i was REALLY listening for it. but its not like 90db or anything.. no one will be like , WTF IS WRONG WITH YOUR CAR DUDE. lol

it is pretty loud, but not unbearable. yea they are supposedly rated to 400hp. they are only loud when priming, and i can only just hear it on idle when i blip the throttle when the stereo is off. but overall it gives great bang for buck. 5/5 but 3/5 for its power capability

i got one off ebay. came with all manuals, and the warranty. it worked out well for a change

is it stock, electronically e.g safc?? any new intake or exhaust mods? checked the throttle cable tension

it didnt work in 2005 when prices were 70c a litre. and its NOT going to work again. that is all

dont forget to check the fuse in the BACK of the unit... i wish i checked mine first when it blew....

hi mate. just read your title, not the info posted. if u want to go over that 300kw mark like a fair few of line owners here u will find it difficult to find a small turbo to make that power. that was my problem. so i just bought a gt3540....and got gcg in sydney to fit some titanium wheels on there. and i have never looked back. here is my setup. BUT, if u want say 250kw.... i recommend the popular gtrs turbo. seems to go hard.

if u are into cruzing and stuff hells yea go tint. especially in summer. but i have noticed when going for a 'spirited' drive at night, it is terrible, i have to have all the windows down just to see. so i would reccommend getting it tinted, it would set a black car off.

yea mate, that is the exact place that i have mine in atm, as i have a free air duct because i fitted a fmic. it works perfectly, and can easily fit a 3'' pipe to the front grill to get all that cool air.. all i can recommend is to get say about a 52-60mm hole cutter, hook that up to a drill and drill away. its a good idea man, but make sure u have a pipe going to it eh.

i brought up this very topic with my mechanic a few days ago. he has worked with nissan for seven years , and in the renault racing team in europe for about 3yrs. in theyre racing cars he used to soak the heat wrap in water then install it, this would mould in shape. BUT it would smoke for ages after it. eventually it should go away. p.s i asked about the pipe cracking issue. he said its 'bullshit' on a renault 24hr le mon race he reckons that there was no problems. and i would believe him....he has tested it.
