  3. now.....that aint funny mitch
  4. ok i have finished my car and my mechanic tells me that i need to get it tuned. WHERE THE F#%K CAN I GET IT TUNED IN BRISSIE AND GOLDY AREA for a good price???
  5. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/to...um-t181826.html yea mate. if u loook at the pics in that its about 1/2 way down u can see where he cut and blocked off the pipe. my pics arent working so u will have to look. i recently did this. and nothing bad has happened.. go for it and its in that link. but the hoses flow through the TB to stop it siezing...thats it.
  6. in QLD, enclosure or no enclosure u are only allowed 1 intake modification. SO; either a fmic (with reo bar intact) OR a pod filter (un oiled type)
  7. i believe it is a water coolant hose. if u follow it it should lead thru the throttle body. if it does...its coolant. im saying this because it looks similar to mine on my 25
  8. r33 skylines are built to run on 95ron dude. check under your bonnet there will be a sticker that says "no less than 95ron." so premium is the minimum, nothing less. premium 98 would be your best bet. 100 is just unneccassary unless u have changed the timing drastically.
  9. no thanks. ba falcon xr6t and typhoon is the best 'aussie' car
  10. johhny tran will be there talkin trash about his s2000. im sure he will be beaten
  11. probably not . they are a 400hp pump. so it will be maxing out splurge the extra 150-200 and get an 044 and u will be set
  12. this is a kill switch. basically u connect the battery...THRU this switch. when u turn the switch off. u kill the circuit. but hide it better than ^^^^this eh. its basically a "master switch". all the power runs THRU it. and when u turn it off it breaks the circuit. hence no power
  13. lol um.... the average age of gamers is 26yo. and its a multi billion dollar industry. im sure u love a good game or 2, get off ya high horse
  14. flame thrower alarm ftw
  15. drag strip looked awesome... didnt like the colored interiors tho...nausiating
  16. park under a bright light. when u leave, pop the boot and rip out the fuel pump or ign fuses. REMOVE any precous objects from the car, dont give them an excuse to even think about it. make sure that the alarm warning light is visible to all to see. and finally, turn the volume and shock sensor up to MAX.. and u "might" be ok
  17. simply put NO... they are not bb turbo's i found this out the hard way when i took mine apart http://www.autospeed.com.au/cms/A_2245/printArticle.html "One of the biggest attractions of this turbo is its sophisticated design – it uses a water-cooled core with a roller bearing, ceramic turbine and lightweight compressor. These factors contribute to a very fast spool-up time." correct me if im wrong but r32 turbines are t28's i believe... these always have steel wheels and are a good bit of kit.
  18. if its a exhaust leak, most likely its on the bottom back half like u did with the cat back. jack the car up, and look under there. start the car up, and have a smell, and check for visual leaks. then feel your way around the flanges to check for leaks. odds are that u have broken a sealed gasket when u twisted the exhaust.. no big deal. finally. start the car, pop the bonnet and listen, if there is no loud exhaust noise u have not broken the seals in the bay... then check the rest of the exhaust underneath.. if it is louder than the noise from the muffler=exhaust leak i fail to see how it could be anything else if u have only touched the exhaust!!
  19. ive never had any drama's.. even with atmo bov's it has been a dream. fuel consumption is good. 350-400kms per tank. weakness is probably the wheels, tyres, clutch, diff. upgrade and your set. BUT.... i have had to replace a few components, just as a maintenance thing. be prepared for belts, 02 sensor, aircon regas, tyres, LOTS of good oil and maybe some electronics. AND I HATE THE BLOODY R200 diff. bloody single spinner. so shim that up aswell.
  20. well isnt that your own fault for not properly bleeding the system... not really effective advice there.
  21. GO THE ARISTO BABY!!!!! fkn blew my mind when i drove one Power: 205.94 kw (276.04 hp) @ 5600 RPM!!!!!!!!!! Torque: 431.49 Nm (585.07 ft lbs) @ 3600 RPM linesky POWER: 187kw@ 6400 rpm TORQUE:213 @ 4800 rpm
  22. just saw it.....very impressed atm
  23. ok thanks alot... so u cant fit bigger rubber? even 285's?? thanks alot skyper, i did see those figures, but didnt know wtf they were :S will look closer
  24. hey guys, all i know is i have 16'' impul rs's with a staggered fitment (normal fronts, deep dish rears). atm they run 225 tread. QUESTION 1:is there anyway i can find out the specs on them (dimensions, weight)??? QUESTION 2; also is it possible to run wider rubber on these. a mate is debating with me atm that i can run 305's on there. so what is the biggest i could go. and how would they do it?? im not 100% but roughly measured fronts at 7.5 and rears at 8-8.5, but not very accurate...hence y i need specs i love them...light as, but need more rubber soon.
  25. i have one. u will need... a hi mount...good luck with a low mount :S dump pipe, wastegate, preferably 48mm braided lines. u will need to change crossover pipe to accommodate the hi mount, or go a greddy plenum. u wont need a ecu if u want to putt around. u can use stock injectors. note* bottom 2 are only for a short period of time at minimal throttle. theres a bit of debate, i was told it was a 600hp turbo. but on your setup 300kw to 350kw would be achievable nengun.com is a good site.....but post is a bit slow
