DUDE.. i got mine for 1200. shop around. yes it is outdated. but it has been tested thoroughly and many members here swear by them. emu's are hard beasts to tame. and far from common perception, they are f**king hard to tune. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK cape emptor

neither. had a emu. piece of shit.. no one in my area could tune them. spend the extra 200 on top of the emu and get a power fc.

yea i was a bit stumped about the syncro statement ??? mine is still going strong. and none of my mates have problems. i can understand the rotor thing,,,but never heard of it happening. but he has nothing useful to add. so i think he may just be talking some crap, just to fill his segment.

basically for a turbo, stock low mount internally gated would be easiest (may need to fabricate a new dump/ this is where the screamer pipe comes in), fmic and some pretty gauges your lookin at about 2-3k if u shop around.

5-10k. more than 10 is pushing it

i highly recommend a os giken twin plate item. that biatch will clamp anything. and for only 2k..better safe than sorry

very nice man. i have pretty much same setup. only things i can really reccommend is getting a surge tank fitted. also it might be an idea to purchase a cheapie engine that has shit itself, so u can fit this shit to it, and still drive your car. and while the engine is out u can fit forgies and shit. for full machining and install i was quoted at $6k. which aint too bad. thats just a thought if u are chasing a fair bit of power. i bring it up because im heading down that road now

the o2 sensor shud be in limp mode if its fu(ked. should still drive. however not being able to start the car wont have anything to do with the o2 sensor. just grab another one to be safe.

ummm u mean tuners? give matty spry a call. a bit pricey but worth any penny. my mates engine is bulletproof. no ping, well thats a lie,, minimal ping. very nice. but that is with a pfc. im sure millenium motorsports can help u out with the haltech.

simply yes. i could run a garrett 3540 with the stock ecu.. but it isnt recommended. i had rich and lean issues. the stock ecu is an excellent piece of gear... but it lacks adjustments. a safc would be a nice cheap answer for u
