  1. Carby cleaner works better than mace - so I have heard. ..... But I would never encourage violence or vigalantism towards armed Car Jackers. Best to to hand over the keys and let the police & tracker companies handle the rest. That way you just lose your car and not your life.
  2. And what happens to your $44K when the compiance takes longer than expected (as all things involved with cars, importing and compliance do) Call me cynical - but I'd reckon you were in for a 3 month wait after you handed over your 44 large.
  3. Never, Never, Never park your Skyline or beloved car at Maq Centre. After my Mum's VL Turbo got stolen from there (only 2 months ago), the security guards told her that they hadn't had a car go missing from there in 3 years - Yeah Right - what a crock of 5hit ! If you ask me - I reckon there is something dodgy going on there. Oh and the week after it was Stolen from Maq Centre - I read in the North Shore Times that another car was stolen from there. There should be an enquiry I say - No a Royal Commission ! Get the UN involved - and Amnesty International ! The International Human Rights Commission - FFS - I hate theiving pricks !

  7. Hi Ben, You are assuming that I want these for track wheels - I am looking for track wheels also - but I would go 18" or 19" for that purpose. (prolly new ones though) These are for drags - you can get Nitto Nitto NT555R 245/50/16 which would fit nicely I think. Cheers,

  13. Yes, I think I understand the difference in flow rates between injecors - but how does this relate to the flow rate of air through the plenum and TB ? And, I dont relly get this : I'm not trying to be a smart arse - It takes me a number of goes before I get it ..... - I do understand that there may be a difference in air flow rates between the Cyl 1, 2, 3 & 4 as to 5 & 6 due to the length of the forward facing plenum - ie the momentum of the air flow induces higher O2 density in cyl 5 & 6. But what is the percentage difference in air flow (hence O2) versus the % difference in fuel flow needed to correct the varying air (O2) levels ? Cheers,
  14. Hi Sydneykid, When you say the leaness is at most 5% on cyl 6 - what do you mean exactly ? 5% of what ? (Sorry for my igonrance) I will be getting the same injectors as Steve fitted (550cc Sards) - and if they flow 1% difference - and Steve is talking the flow rate of the injectors - But you are talking 5% of somthing else - This makes me confused ? If you mean 5% fuel flow between injectors and I only get 1% difference in the injectors then this is ~ 400% difference in what you recomend. (OMG..) Maybe I am missing something ? (Highly likely BTW) I understand what you mean about AFRs - ie back it off a little - that's for certain ! I will be running PFC - so individual fuel trim will not be possible for me. Hi Gadenko, I already have a forward facing plenum But I am concerned with the lack of air flow to cylinders 1,2, 3 & 4 (ie leaning out in cylinders 5 & 6) as has already been mentioned numerous times. I am aiming for around the 450 HP mark - and am researching options. It might be possible to 'un-weld' my plenum from the top and insert some 'ram-tube, bellmouthed ends' - which is why I asked the question. I'm not sure if this is possible though as I am not a fabricator/fitter/turner/engineer. This might be more cost effective for me that say: reverting back to standard plenum OR buying a Trust/Greddy forward facing plenum. Maybe I am being paranoid - but what I know I want is reliability ! Cheers,

  22. 5 stud - Skyline offset , Don't really care what they look like as long as they are in good nick, no scratches, balanced. Sydney sellers - so I can look first. Don't care what sort of tyres are on them, prefer none actually. Not looking for super duper expensive ones..... Cheers,
