Thanks Sydneykid - seems like ordering true performace stuff for the plain on RB25 is pretty sketchy. There seems to plenty of performance stuff around if you ask for RB26 parts

That sounds a little but dodge to me.... I think i'd prefer to get the standard rod bolts cryogentically tempered, plus any other strengthening process.

Ok, unless RB26 big end bearings are the same RB25 - there seems to be no Nismo part for the RB25 big end bearings. I researched these forums and Sydneykid numerous times has praised the Nismo big end bearings - but not sure if in relation to an RB25 or RB26. Can anyone clarify ? I've been told that Kings bearings are as good ? Any feedback there ? Thanks in advance

Roy, It was UAS who told me that ARP rod bolts don't come for the RB25DET - I then pointed out to John, that the UAS Web site states that the RB25DET linished conrods section they recomend ARP rod bolts - I think is was just an honest mistake - John is look at alternatives now. Anyone got any other options ?? Maybe have to cryo-temper the standard ones ??

Hi , I was told today that ARP don't do rod bolts for RB25DET rods. Tomei bolts don't fit. So my question is to all those RB25DET rebuild folks - what rod bolts did you use - What other options (other than standard) do I have ?? Thanks,
