If the speakers are all plugged into a control module then into PC you can check the individuals by pluggin directly into a portable or the pc itself, otherwise could be a sound card issue or the track may not be 5.1 encoded thus no total surround. The only other option would be to take it back to where you got it & get them to test it for you Hope that helps

Can't believe I forgot the Jizz-doh, yeah mate- Nissan is quickly becoming my favourite car shape once again with these 2 absolute beauties-still think porka's(porsche) & the EVO3 rule tho. They- Nissan-have totally nailed the sex factor in my opinion. everytime I see one I get a chub & have to think sedated thoughts otherwise if i tripped over I would probably pole-vault straight into the path of one & snap my undies in the process. I would probably buy the 370 first as I have my RWD phase back again, but 4WD GTR is the ultimate in vehicular progression or to coin a phrase from Audi-Vorsprung Dompf Technic (advancement thru technology) due to its performance factors & general practicality ie stability in bad weather etc.

The need to cut the rio bar usually comes from 300mm+ intercoolers in height dimension & is totally illegal here in Qld(cutting Rio). There are plenty of IC's that are shorter in height & will fit behind the front bar without the need to hack into the Rio. All you would then need is to run return route pipework back to the stock layout. Your best bet is to ph Qld Transport with regard to Height Adj. coilover type suspension. I know plenty with them & most who have the car at some respectable height never seem to have issues with the police with regard to having them in-however the only guaranteed legal option with their regard/to my knowledge is a set of TEIN's that have been installed professionally with a locking tab & certificate issued-ie by Fulcrum to be of a height no less than 100mm from the lowest point of the vehicle to the road surface.(Teins being not the only option here) Personally I dont believe that the suspension is working to maximum efficiency when the car is at a height of 100mm as all the suspension geometry is out & without installing roll ctr adjusters & the list goes on to get it right-good road handling quality will be sacrificed, so you are flogging a dead horse all in the name of looking Low-rider Gangsta-but to each their own I guess.

Does Anyone Else Hate Truck Drivers As Much As I Do?
toddlls replied to jase-r34's topic in Queensland
I agree with the above, there are some A**holes with a HT licence in controll of 40ton & 24 wheels but to label all truckies as pricks is a bit rough. Don't get me wrong as I am glad to hear you are all right & your bike isn't damaged, but remember there are alot of our type of car preference who do similar stuff & tar our cars with the same brush which I consider to be a bad wrap for the rest of us. Truckies derserve your patience, they are only trying to get by & sometimes when you are behind a wheel for a long period of time you do miss things & occasionally cut someone off, where-as car/bike drivers/riders do have a habit of jumping infront of a truck trying to stop for a red light when he has already set his braking up to stop in that distance which is now considerably shorter than it was when he put the brakes on- 2 way street. Sure go ahead & report him as he could of killed you & thats pretty bad, but always try to give them a little more courtesy/patience as mate I've driven trucks for a few years & after many near misses from people in cars or on bikes being idiots & especially mothers with all the kids in the car pulling out infront of you when your doing 70-80k's then seeing you(god knows how they missed you in the first place-after all your driving a truck for gods sake) & slamming on the brakes so they stop dead in the middle of your lane in panic, I had to give it away. Hey look I would normally be pretty happy to run them over, but I don't ever want to kill a kid, where-as the parents can get what they deserve & burn in hell for it too by my rekoning & I wouldn't loose an ounce of sleep ova em. I do understand that he should have seen you, but he probably checked your direction quickly saw nothing so checked the direction he wanted to go, saw a break so went for it, approx 7 sec's later (thats how long it takes to get one of those things moving) when the truck had momentum from starting it was already too late to stop for you-not an excuse but may help you predict them in future & save yourself an injury Peace out Oh yeah forgot to mention I am now a postie so I know how annoying a truck/car can be as only today I had a complete tool in a mercedes nearly T-Bone me as he turneds across 3 lanes whilst talking to his boyfriend in the passengers & not even looking where he was going-lucky for me the boyfriend saw me & got him to slam on the picks be4 killing me-not worth me reporting as he is already a w*nker for owning/buying a Merc in the first place -
Looks pretty close to me, on the passengers side the handle is part of the trim not seperate like in your first pics, I will photo both of mine and post em up if you like T

When I was working on a road crew we used to use unleaded fuel to remove bitumen from paint work. The secret is to clean it off with the fuel then wash it immediately with car wash to stop the fuel staining the paint work then re-apply polish over freshly washed area. Others have recommended orange based cleaners but we found them to be a bit abrasive and prone to scratching duco Good luck mate T Another method is to press ice to bitumen as to freeze it then pick it off with fingernail-like chewing gum on fabric type method

No worries mate, will do

Howdy back to yah , its just a 20 with gold drifteks, yours looks pretty nice, next time we should stop instead `& have a chin-wag- still other was fun too lol

I am in this same boat as you, I am almost convinced the way forward for 200+rwkw is to upgrade to a RB25DET as the lag issue is not what I'm wanting either plus there is great benefit in a better torque curve from the 25, I will be watchin this thread to see if someone can answer you with a better solution rather than just tellin you to go search which I believe you have done and thus the reason for this thread another option is to go the RB25 crank and effectively perform a stroker upgrade which i am currently investigating too

My pick would be split intake/intercooler hose somewhere or blown exhaust gasket or hole in exhaust somewhere close to the block. Another possible is split fuel hose but you would smell the fuel in or around car if this was the case. Goodluck

* R34 Neo Turbo *
toddlls replied to SS8_Gohan's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
Don't wanna dick you round but maybe interested, gonna take me a few weeks to get funds together but if its still up for grabs I will pm you -
No, you don't need a hoist, just jack it up put it on stands. Take radiator out so you can easily get at it and A/C,PS so when you put it all back together again you can adjust tensions on all belts also. A engine manual from JPNZ is gold with regard to this type of thing

Increasing Rear Offset (numerically +38 To +45)
toddlls replied to SLAPS's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
I have 38 offsets on back with a 17x9 rim and 255 tyres were too wide even with flaring rear guards a little. Ended up going back to a 235 stetched to fit on rear which no tyre scrub now felt, arse-end little more slippery but meh-got it set up for skids anyhow. Will be watching to see how you go here mate -
plenty of other companies that do this sort of product, try Plasmaman

Please Suggest A Good In-car Dvd Player!
toddlls replied to DRFT31's topic in Car Audio & Electrical
Why a DVD in a car? Forget it & put in a HDD unit with multi AV input, leave the DVD players for the house-my 2c -
Many start with a power-up first, but I would recommend suspension & braking first. You will be amazed how much quicker a car feels & goes when it holds the road well. Then remap or aftermarket ECU.

I feel your pain, another example why people shouldn't sleep with their sister cause it leads to this type of D*ckhead behaviour-people throwing objects at moving cars should be classed as attempted murder by police & courts, with the offenders having to pay the price of repair as well as more than a few years inside. Alternatively-Have you seen how Dexter deals with that type of scum????? lol
