  2. i know that the manifold on drift6 and many otherw was done somewhere local i just need to confirm where and see if there are anyothers I spoke to powerkote and they told me they are trialing the bright silver/chrome look on maniolds but as i said i know of heaps that have been done

  5. there will be a problem for people who wont to run the cooler pipes across the front of the cambelt cover, this pipe normally just rubs on the heat shield of the bonnet so up another 20mm will cause a problem im thinking. This will mean the cooler pipes will need to be done in stock location or use a different plenum
  6. the shimming dosent work well in a viscus diff ive been told by some diff exprts who build them for race cars. Chris they s13 diff will bolt in 100% some of them use the skyline 5 bolt driveshafts as well, the only think i need to check is the bolts for the hicas rack as not many s13 have the hicas and the rear of the diff may be different
  7. yeah the viscus std diff will be tight but you will depending on how worn it is be able to twist eash side independenly and smooth, a mechanical will be rough and tight. 33 diff wont fit in 32 but all centres are interchangable. S13 diffs bolt in and if you find one with a 6 bolt(3 pairs) flange for the driveshafts then you can use s13 shafts which are the smae lange and trade yours in
  8. yeah pretty sure andra need to inspect prior to paint so they can see the marking on the chrom-molly tube that needs to be used
  9. they do a 255/50/16 in the BF comp T/A these are what im getting for my gtst, 4 of them would give plenty of traction for a gtr but maybe a little too much for the box

  11. good thread Troy, basically you have very similar goals as mine. My 32 will have 550-600hp out of the rb25/26 engine, this power was selected to give the best comprimise of power and respnce, ill see how it goes in a few weeks on the engine dyno then i need to get the rest of the car sorted so i can attack mallala and the drag strip. But around 300rwkw is all you would wont is a street driven car that gets taken to the track, but if you can go all out on sus/tyres up tp 350 should be drivable i recon. either way get moving so we can stick it up the GTR owners
  12. if you are going to change the manifold go external gate, if keeping std manifols go internal. My reason being that the external gate position on the std manifold as per may last setup is not the best and its not easy to set up right. But if you are chnaging the manifold go external and mount it low down below the turbo. Grepin runs a 2835r i think and is making 280 or so and its internal gate, JMS have on on their site for 2500 is a t25 flange but can use adaper to make it fit, this would be ideal. You will make a easy 250rwkw and shoudl do 300 just with a internal gate turbo.

  16. well i have the 33 BOV and the 32 metal pipe, would be very similar id say as the engines are basically the same size, let me know if you wont to come have a look, cheers
  17. hi bov is on good condition, dont think i have any plunbing, only my 32 stuff, is it just a streight hose?

  19. if you get in trouble i have some 34gtt rear(brand new) and 33gtr front shocks you can borrow but im in adleade so you would need to arrange freight
