  1. If your in adelaide i can supply and fit a GTR cooler on your car for $1400.
  2. I was also told that Keir Wilson will be there with the new turbos on his GTR, Ivan was not there this morning so i am not 100% sure though.
  3. Have one in adelaide, $800, core is in perfect cond, a small cut in each endtank, still black out of a 32.
  4. Name: Clinton Car: 32 gtst Job: Uni student, workshop manager Location: Golden Grove Stuff I like: Driving, working on anything with wheels/engine

  7. Thanks, im doing Mechanical Eng, will have to catch up next week when i have a bit more time.
  8. Yeah thats my car. Sorry to hear about your car, i had one of my bages stoled soon after i got my car when i was in Vic, so after that i removed them myself so no one else could, they usually leave a nice big scratch as well.
  9. What Uni do you go to? I have been lucky as i drive my 32 every day to Mawson lakes and have not had any damage done in the last 2 years.
  10. Hippy he wins because he can drive very well(not saying some of the other cant). Jimmy races a V8 supercar twice a year and does it better than many of the other who do it all year, he has raced almost everything and has won in most.
  11. The size is not the difference between the different afm, its the voltage they send for a certain air flow. By setting up what you propose they would be no way to accurately controll how much air went through the bypass pipe. While the engine/turbo may always recieve the same amount ofn air the airflow meter may have different amount passing through it and the engine would never be tuned correctly. edit. I dont know if tony gtst has actually measured them both, i know from memory after fitting both they were the same size.
  12. My 32 afm and the z32 one i fitted to my car were the same size. Im sure almost everything has been tried by different people to try and trick the afm and if any worked we would all know by now.
  13. Hopefully ill have my diff by then but its not in my controll so i cant be 100% sure yet. I saw the list but there are not many confirmed and i wasnt sure if there were any more people.
  14. Could someone please tell me how many numbers are confirmed and paid for for the 31st, so i can work out if i need to pay soon or not. The reason is that i will not know untill later in the week if i am going to have my new diff back in time for me to run or not.
  15. Congrats to Steve Glenney who finished 2nd to Jim Richards in Targa Tasmania. He Was in a R33 GTR which i believe is prepared by Tillbrooks here in SA. A good effort as i dont think any one can really match Richards ability and equipment. Quote From Targa website: Porsche driver Jim Richards won the Targa Tasmania tarmac rally Modern Competition for the seventh time after turning back a strong challenge from South Australia's Steve Glenney in today's fifth and final leg. Richards and Tasmanian navigator Barry Oliver won the 12th annual Targa event in a turbo Porsche 911 with the lowest penalty time of 22-mins 30-secs. They finished 1-min 10-secs clear of second-placed Glenney and his navigator Clayton Lang, also from South Australia, in a Nissan Skyline GTR.
  16. How much for the flywheel? what model is it out off, im assuming they are all the same.
  17. 2GU UP, depends on what you want the car for, if you drive it regulary just change the turbo and do teh usual stuff (cooler, exhaust etc) and you will make a easy 220rwkw. If you want more then you have to start decidng if it is worth changine the engine, but the costs will be much larger than doing a few simple mods.
  18. Also has a new radiator with twin 12'' thermo fans and new slotted front rotors with performance pads.

  20. Gold Rays, the price for the bushes is ok, but it would take half hour to fit if you know what your doing, on the hoist undo 6 bolts, push the bushes out and then bolt them back in, easy.
  21. Steve id say the SR would be lighter as i said, but the RB20 would be cheaper and considering i havent killed my engine yet with 4months of abuse it seems to be very strong. Meggala just wants to be different id say.
  22. would be pretty interesting Meggala, give a better weight distribution and both motors would give similar power for the same mods. Just cant tune the SR computer thats all.
  23. Pitty you want to sell now, i would be interested in a few months time.
