Im sure people have noticed the new defect laws that cam into effect at the start of this month. Since i have many mods and no mod plates i really need to get off my ass and have these mod plated. So in brisbane im looking for a list of reputable people that can approve mods and give me a mod plate. Stressin...

yeah i agree, i dont think it was a break in etc i dont wanna be implying to much about the dead though. i meant the above just in regard to 99% of burglaries. I have studied a bit of law and know u can use equal force etc but im only 70kg, 180cms so i would be going for the ko hit with my mag light or something handy . Sometimes all it takes is one hit to kill someone, i would hate to end up in jail as a result of simply doing ur best in a heated momment . All in all i just think our laws are a bit soft, i mean if people were getting 20 years in jail for child abuse it wouldnt have gotten to the extent is has today. And im not talking about the aboriginals. An even better example would be places like saudi arabi where the islamic law is upheld close to its full extent. That is if u steal something u will lose a hand or ateast a finger. The end result is their crime rates are much much lower than australia because people especailly those 13-25, know if they steal there are real consequences. end slight rant

Scathing, all im saying is i dont think the current situation is ideal. If someone broke into your house what would you do? How do u think the laws should be changed or do u think they are ideal? I mean look at dnbutts post above, perfect example of how screwed the legal system is. Having purchased a house recently and living alone i really do think the current laws suck. I know i will be doing my best to ko anyone who breaks into my place...

This is when i wish we where allowed to have guns in our homes, and shoot people who break in. I know if i was a theif etc i wouldnt be too worried about breaking into houses considering people basically have to ask u to leave. But yeah RIP sucks to see anyone die let alone a good fella.

R33 racer, who tunes your car is it brisbane turbo tune? Do you know anyone in brisbane who can tune motec, matty spry? overpowered, if i bought the m48 clubman what extras would i need to get from motec to get it all working???

Heres a email i got back from motec qld recently. The prices you requested: M48 Clubman $2099.00 M48 Pro $2536.59 We do not quote trade prices via email - we would require a trade order on letterhead. I think these prices are pretty good, considering i can sell my profec2 and z32 for say 300 and get maybe and extra 100 off for trade price. That would see the clubman down to $1700. I wouldnt be paying for installation so the only extra money i would be looking at is for a tune. Surely there is someone in qld who can tune it for alot less than the cost of the ecu let alone what roy is talking?

I can lift the rb25 box myself, and im hardly a strong person.

I dont see the point of removing the metal line, so i just replaced the rubber section.

My maltech one arrived today, cost me $65 express delivered. This is for the gtst, not sure if they are the same.

A change of fluid and a decent bleed go along way. that said i have the maltech ones and they are excellent. Only thing i would look for is alloy fittings instead of stainless/brass, but its not really a big deal theres not that much extra weight.

Hey bud, i think you do need to buy most of the 2wd stuff and refit the front of the car out with it. I know u dont want to hear it but if its just for driftn get something thats 2wd from factory and atleast when u damage it it wont be the gtr

Have u tried taking it to PPG or pfitzner if they arent the same company. If i had the money id love them to convert my r33 5 speed to sequential

Thanks man, i got the info from SK so i dont know why everyone is ignoring me whilst having the f*karound of their lives, with cogs falling off and spending all this money on shit they probably dont need. I have all the parts for this conversion on my 32 that ill be doing when i can find some time. maybe ill eat my words but i hope not
