With a car like a R34 GT-R - even a Non V-Spec, it's recommended that you check out it's Japanese history too, as well as physical inspection and Aust source. My N1? No-one has ever approached me at this point in time! I did play with the idea that by joining up with owners of R33 GT-R N1 (Qld) & R32 GT-R N1 (NSW) that we might sell the three as a $0.5M package. We just haven't got around to it yet.
  2. Your commentary and pictures Justin are like the cherry on the cake! Many thanks on behalf of the Execs as we can't fully express our thanks to the Heasman Group except through here! And your excerpt captures this so well
  3. Ta. Thankfully, seldom are there trucks on a Sun. But when there are, they take up both sides of the road on left hand hairpins
  4. Bodyformaero (CEO is Peter) uses G & S Bodyworks 81 Larra St Yennora 96812686 Ask Gus or Sam to have it the same standard as Peter would want it > award winning... Reasonable price. JDM_Performance on here at SAU uses them too. And Eugene is well known for his detailing expertise.
  5. I feel so sorry that that could have been me lying there with... * No-one to take my pulse * No-one to ask if I wanted someone to be contacted * No-one to let me know that an ambo had been called * No-one to just even hold my hand

With regard to the above car, can you obtain the VIN/Chassis# and pass it through VIN Fasted Thread in General Automotive for further info? Either that, or go to JLM 21 Bridge St Rydalmere and ask Todd if he's got time to pull down the history of that car in Japan > Auction Report or Private Treaty > Where it was onsold in Aust ...otherwise you can buy my white one.
  7. ^^^ you're breaking my arm! lol
  8. Many thanks Tim. Will be in touch for mid 2014 Tech Night
  9. Is there much to be gleaned Tim by our Members by having a Tech Night with a Traffic Lawyer? Maybe I'm presumptuous but I believe there are many who would like 'conflict resolution' questions clarified whilst dealing with traffic laws, defect stations and HWP officers from time to time...
  10. You are a sleuth Tim! Congrats on joining as a Full Member - great for our team!
  11. So far, 2 from our SAU Tech Night have booked in for work at Heasman's More are in the offing we Execs are happy to announce
  12. ^^ Congrats to Mr Muir > Policies now on the radar...
  13. I trimmed down your post
  14. 'Twas a pleasure Tim... ...and to also pick your brains about an aspect about traffic law - being what you are.
  15. True. Functioning at a high level without being impaired by pain or other, is strong progress until solutions come to fruition.
  16. What are the contact details and address of Nyman-Gibson-Stewart Tim? Some SAU Members may be attracted by locality. Contrary to common opinion that gauges are outlawed on A pillars due to impairment of peripheral vision has been clarified by yourself at this law firm. It's comforting for instance how you've clarified what the law about this, actually says; and furthermore, how the driver should explain this legal interpretation to the HWP officer or defect station. I'll leave it to you to elaborate And I'm sure there are other further false stereotypes and anomalies!
  17. Absolutely spot on Ben... In '06 I was tossed out of a Sant A'gata Workshop by none other than Mr Winklemann whilst filming technicians on Lambos - lol > caught on film too > I should show it at the SAU Clubhouse one night Many many thanks Colin for the photos
  18. Many Thanks Ricky for great organisation from our Exec table! And what can I say about Heasman's! What a superb Tech Night! Thanks to Alan Heasman, Brad Heasman for setting this up as a great information night! Plus the 3 talks given by Paul (Bilstein), Chris (Alignment) and Jonathon (Corner Weighting). I was riveted to these talks but some of the cars there were definitely a 'distraction'!!! And thanks to a great bunch of fellow SAU Members. Your behaviour as usual was exemplary... The new Members deserve a hearty welcome too!
  19. Did the copper at least gesture to them as he was passing? If so, good on him x2!
  20. Spring is in the air! Wonderful season to be looking for a wheel!
  21. Very nice cars/pics on this page
  22. 'Tis worth mentioning that both of these N1s left Japan without the Japanese knowing that they were indeed N1s VIN/Chassis No. won't necessarily tell you that they are N1s but... On the Build Plate, on Line #4, there is a code of alphanumeric symbols that detail what the car has (or doesn't have) as it leaves the Nissan factory. So why not ask your friendly importer to try and locate one for you - even if it takes ages?
