  1. Your empathy is appreciated Scott. Faith has helped me throughout. Of course it'll help you through too. No matter what you read about gliomas; whether you're focused on Body, Mind or Spirit, faith will help you through too. I hope your folks, your wife and your daughter can cope, since they're going through a journey too: each and every one. I've heard it said on SAU that one would give his left testicle to have a GTR. I understand that. But after experiencing illness and death at close quarters; I'd in the blink of an eye, give away my cars to have good health and life in my family once again. But I know God has a greater purpose. See! You're a very loving man yourself; that in your hour of need, you found time to empathise with my predicament. I sincerely admire that!!!
  2. Well those rims alone are worth between 3.5-4.3K. There are a few R34 GTR shoppers out there. Some are bargain hunters because very few are coming out of Japan.
  3. No probs Steve. Just find out what pressure rating is optimum > I'll post it readily
  4. Sh!t... I'm crying now too.
  5. Your faith in God, Jesus and the Spirit will help you become stronger than you ever thought you would Scott. Some others on this thread are Christian too, and they're praying. In a prayer chain, we're praying. In one 10 year period our family was stricken with... a) one son getting a jaw tumour b) another son dying c) my wife contracting 2 types of breast cancer. During these adversities, we get closer to God - or further away. We were each forced to make a choice... I posted up that you're on a journey. Our journeys continue on my friend!
  6. How are you feeling today Scott? Some days when you wake up, it'll feel like, "Surely this is just a bad dream - right?" As days tick by, even the emotions change. Numbness > Disbelief > Anger > Despondency > Rationalising > Mustering faith to fight etc. Even taste in the music one listens to, changes. Anyway, a journey it is. And I hope your journey doesn't have many rotten bumps or quicksand! Cheers for now!
  7. Ok Steve, I have... 1) Nissan 0.9 and 2) Nissan 1.2 Which one do you require? PM me that info and your addy > I'll post it to you. Cheers
  8. ^^^ Yes > "(confirmed)" is placed beside your User name ...and your "Membership" status is being updated with an "(M)" beside your name > Bodella (aka Ryan) will give each of you your name tag as you come in through the door.
  9. I might have a spare Nissan cap floating around here for free... GTR ones are the same aren't they? I'll check when I get home from church at 11.30
  10. Going... going... next Saturday... quite possibly gone! She's been a pleasure to drive!
  11. Agreed about Hyundai whilst as a carer on Sat, I've used the old guy's Getz with only 2000Km on it. About that time, Hyundai has been very active in their R&D. I wonder if the +ve spinoff is a better depreciation rate? I tend to think so.
  12. 'Tis only a bus. I shouldn't have made you yawn. I'm sorry to have wasted 2 mins of your life. http://autoholics.co...hool-Bus-682356 I just snapped with a moment of laughter...
  13. ^^ Rob and Eric are correct. Besides there's a Holden QM1 and it's totally different. Nissan has had their QM1 for eons.
  14. EVO 7 RS for $22,000 suit (asking price)? ...on carsales Haggle $2,001 off it?
  15. Out of NISSAN's Info Book... Differences about the V-Spec II N1 ...such as no A/C, no radio etc... ...for weight saving
  16. Sorry to hear this Scott! Is the growth a Glioma(eg astrocytoma) or is it benign? If you don't know, they will do a biopsy to find out what type it is. It may be just a benign growth. I hope so - I pray so. Sweeteners 951 and 950 in chewing gum and diet drinks can cause/accelerate gliomas. Stay away from them aka aspartame and acesulphame. PM me if you want. Tez
  17. There's a Premium Member of Prelude Australia in Melbourne who has an S2000 and is after a different sort of car - maybe like yours. His User Name on that forum is "egotzm". You can tell Tim, that Terry put you in touch with him. Your EVO will need to be in top condition - as his S2000 is.
  18. I think there's someone in WtB who'd want these. And freight on a pallet interstate would probably cost about $80 > less via eGo
  19. I think Andrewskates was selling a set Tom, but alas, I think they're gonski
  20. Really lovely Paul! ...but I thought you liked your women 'dirty'! * rear blade tilt indicates strong downforce * downforce indicates traction * traction indicates a need for speed * a need for speed indicates the driver is serious Paul serious? Yeah that fits!
  21. ...looks like this link is becoming popular elsewhere Impressive to watch the reaction of an enthusiastic journo.
  22. ^^ Beautiful indeed!
  23. +1 Your powers of negotiation might be a model for others, so maybe later on, you can run past us what was said? Of course, there's no substitute for making sure one's policy is active and up to date!
  24. I'm amazed Ian, that Matt can highlight dark wheels against the white. Normally as most would know, black wheels look flat due to ..........
  25. Just out of interest Nick (if it's QM1 paint code), what was the thickness of the paint before the detail? If that wasn't taken into consideration, not to worry. Congratulations on the result > big difference eh?
