Here we go... http://volvospeed.co...ne-elimination/ An old timer retired 80 yr old mechanic around the corner from me suggests that before trying on the wrap, obtain a tuning fork and whilst a mate is revving your car at around the 3000rpm mark, you place the fork at certain spots along the exhaust. Wherever, the tines vibrate madly, the wrap can go on at those spots. Well it won't cost much to try. Meanwhile as Ash alluded to, I have a decent muffler on my Fujitsubo Ti system and... JEZ says, it's quiet as... ...and there's no drone.

Newcastle/central Coast Cruise To Broke And Back! 2/12/12
GTR-N1 replied to Ruxis's topic in Events Archive
Have a great time guys - Foz is being serviced right now - am not able. -
Whilst underneath the tailshaft of a different R32 GT-R, push upwards at the joint or bearing, you'll probably notice that it's a lot stiffer than yours. Yours might even have a slight bow in it - or it's softer. It'd certainly have more movement - hmm, maybe 2". It would be easier to change the whole shaft than a universal joint (as jiffo alluded to). I don't know about tailshaft replacements in a R32 GT-R; but in the R33 GT-R, the tailshaft is different between a V-Spec and a Non-V-Spec.

Hi Andrew, I would become a SAU.VIC Member and ask the Exec to... Contact Matthew Bowen who runs these Club Nights (aka Tech Nights via SAU) to see if Meguiar's will run one in VIC? Andrew Spira is sympathetic to these Club Nights too (and he's the Gen Mngr + owns a R34 GT-R VS2 Nur) [email protected] or... [email protected]

Attempted Car Jacking Damage - How To Fix?
GTR-N1 replied to ThirtyTwo's topic in General Maintenance
In WA, do you have the equivalent of Nisswreck in SA or Skyline Spares in NSW? Anyway, you can locate the above on the web > ask Wishing you and your car a full recovery! -
It just means that when HWP pulls you over, they'll already have... a) in date or out of date rego details b) owner details c) address Then when you're asked for your licence, you may be then asked... i) if you're the person on this licence ii) are you the registered owner (to determine if you're lying) ...and so on.
-
In NSW early 2013, for Sau Members, there'll be a Tech Night compliments of Meguiar's. Sizeable discounts will be on offer - or just enjoy a free night with the club. Nice work on those lights! When I get soot on these from burning rich, I just wipe up with Malco Banana Wax. It's Nanotech action doesn't affect the UV sealant (whereas polish will).

Because I have deep pockets and short arms, this thread has reminded me to grab the very few I have from the garage and wash them.

Nah, fugly means fugly! I'd only keep it if I had an ADM GTR perhaps. The downside of the absence of a sticker, might be when a car is dumped in your street with the plates removed. How do you report its specifics then?
-
As of 1/1/13 those fugly rego stickers can be ripped off - yes, even existing ones. Until then, they need to stay on. ACT guys have to keep theirs on until 1/7/13. SA & WA guys are way ahead of us.

Todd will oblige to any SAU Member; so it's worth joining if you haven't already. He does compliancing wk too if you're buying from interstate or o'seas.

Next, continuity, sustainability and perseverance are quite simple if one gets the overall concept right! The titles "fitness" or "exercise" are considered by myself as being subheadings - not main headings are they're used to-day. Physical Activity = Mental Stimulation/Fun + Exercise If one only focuses on the physical without the mental, the whole process becomes too tedious - and thus, boring! That's why women can walk for ages so long as they have a walking (ie talking) partner or iPod. Try a crosstrainer machine without a tv or iPod. Try step exercise classes without music. Even cycling at home on a machine is more fun doing it in front of Law&Order etc Weight loss or fitness alone are not enough to prompt perseverance and sustainability in my clinic patients. The Activity needs a mental/fun approach as well as the physical. That's why I love sport. My 2c

I would have thought that any PT introduce herself/himself and then ask each attendee to spend 1 minute to cite his/her name, motivation & recent history including fitness - but also illness (with current meds). After all, before you start CPR don't you firstly clear the area of danger and check the airway? I believe that before starting any programme, one should adhere to that old adage, "Firstly, do no harm!"
