  1. looks like you are progressing along. I found i got the most out of 5x5 when I stopped counting my warm up sets and only did working set, saving the last set for an increase in weight.

  3. only had a quick 40min look at it last night. Seems good. Similar layout and feel as Shogun 2 which i wasnt a big fan off. First battle seemed difficult. I didnt notice any graphic issue but give me more time.

  10. cant answer your question Shaun as I have no clue. My squats have tacken a massive backward step. I just cant seem to improve on them. I have good depth but weight is 60kg and not even by 10 reps, its a joke, really need to figure a way past this hump.
  11. nice squats man. Id like to do my bodyweight by 10, but since going full depth I have found it most difficult.
  12. well has taken a good long while but I am finally back to where i was on bench last year. 50kg x 12 60kg x 8 60kg x 8 next week should bring up 60 by 10 and hopefully 65 by 6-8 60kg has for some reason been my wall, getting to it and beyond it has seemed like the impossible for some time.

  16. good to hear Leesh, hopefully your injury gets sorted sooner rather then later and even more importantly that you start gaining more control over yourself mentally. I've never suffered from anxiety but I did have a bad case of depression a few years ago, so I truly hope you continue down the positive and strong road.

  22. inner health was my next attempt, but Yakult seems to have done the job.
  23. tried all the medication around, helped with some relief but nothing helped me drink milk again. Yakult has made all the difference
