    Such cool track toys
  12. Yeh, well i am glad i bought the shoes. The second i sat in the car i knew that sneakers were a no-go from when i tried to pilot a Formula Ford, in the car park i thought i would be ok only for it to turn into a mad panic attack when i could not hit the right pedal. Sittng here in London it looks like the Consulate are going to royaly screw me which means i have alreay checked with Jonny and the R400 is available for Zandvoort next Tuesday. So if my visa is getting knocked back then at least i will have my passport back. This Near Life Experience may still have some legs
  13. With better audio it sounds as though you may have held a bit of throttle with the brake????? Either way, it got us a new set of tyres, though watching the vids the new fronts were not as good as the original set in the morning
  14. Sounds angry at idle and on noise! Nice Dane...where did you have the mic, seems to be picking up wind noise?
  15. So is the Radical running the same V2.4L V8 engine as used in the Caterham Levante? Is it supercharged? Was reading about an Exige buildup using the RST Performance V8. Look like killer engines that weight less then 90kgs for 500hp! Or is it running the Radical V8 that is made from Hayabusa heads? I understand the Radical V8 is fair bit more expensive then the RST V8
  16. Some footage of the car in traffic and some less flattering driver errors
  17. Neil, what sort of times can you expect from the Radical once you sort the issues? And yes it needs a turbo, just like Westfields/Caterhams etc need Supercharge Honda S2000 motors
  18. There were plenty of laps not as neat as though, and some messy laps in traffic as well. Will upload a few more later today
  19. Are there any politicians out there that give a damn to champion this? Police present solid cases to courts and judges completely out of touch. DPP needs to go on a 12 month witch hunt spending all the public's money chasing/appealing the lenient sentences. I for one will see that as public money well spent. I think judges need to move from their mansions into blue collar suburbs and send their kids to blue collar public shools so that they can gain an appreciation for the fact that we do not live in the Eutopian society where ppl resepct all things
  20. I have never had a serious go in a car with ABS so i actually found the Golf at the Ring pretty shit with the way it pushed back against your foot and resulted in inconsistant pedal feel. So wasnt a fan of how ABS felt, no ABS is the way to go, 100% The car did try to kill Snowie, me and it had an understanding coming from the 10 or so laps i did in the wet, where i was whispering in its ear to not kill me I am hoping to go back in September when they have the new R300 Racecars, so if you are interested....i will keep in touch. Have to see what work calender has me doing, may have to be a UK track in October Your Winton laps are going to take some beating...i dont even know how many pieces my car is in....after the Caterham i think i want to drive proper race cars, not shitty street cars with a turbo setup. It was just so responsive to what you wanted it to do as opposed to my car which takes so mcu crystal ball reading mid corner and man handling...your car seems to be improving on the consistancy front
  21. Well ended up hiring a VW Sirroco for the Nurburgring and a Caterham R400 for Spa. It was a whole bag of fun!
  22. Sirrocos are great little cars, Golf GTi not as good but more fun as they are way less predictable and less stable. DSG gearboxes are still gay but i was glad i was driving a car with one as being a left hook car, a track i almost got lost on...it jsut made it all a little easier to take in. I can promise i was nowhere near the same orbit as Aaron or Snowies times
  23. Car: Caterham R400 Circuit: Spa Francorchamps in Belgium The POV1 do take good footage...but top little cars and a great track!
  24. Just put it on pole and run away from the front, no chance of swapping pain then...easy
