  1. f**k YEH BABY!!!
  2. Webz held position on the launch for the formation lap!
  3. Webber is long overdue for a win in Malaysia. I still have my money on Mark.
  4. I pick it up Mon arvo. I already have a little bit of vomit in my mouth thinking about driving a 25
  5. Loads of them spun off turn 3
  6. Yep...1000000% Std unopened RB20 engine that I think came out of an auto Cefiro when i chased back the engine number in FAST In tank Nismo fuel pump, E85 with ID1000s. Plazmaman plenum with 6boost manifold and 8cm TD06-20G and 45mm Turbosmart gate with R34 GTR Cooler and Z32 AFM with HKS Hyper exhaust. Guaranteed to make at least what my engine did. It was a wrecker engine when I got it and it has since done 60,000kms of 250-310rwkws with a load of track work If I had my time again I would have kept the std inlet plenum and the Greddy exhaust manifold. The thing had a measurably better mid range and torque. The plazmaman plenum really made it into more of a top end screamer It would still be going if it wasnt for the heater hose the split under the inlet manifold in peak hour traffic. That engine is going to get stripped down and get slowly built back up with my spare RB26 crank and my RB24 gear for whatever R31 I end up finding
  7. Well since I am not in a habit of leading people astray the new engine isnt actually 2L. Um and its not actually an RB20...i can't even bring myself to admit what it is Nothing like a self loathing car owner At least the engine came out of an NA R32 so at least its not as filthy as something from an R33. So its an NA RB25 that has been rebuilt with Eagle rods, Arias pistons and 25 crank. When I throw the cam gears in after easter I will throw my Tomei Poncams in as the NA cams are rather small. I am looking for some Garret cores so that I can start building the manifolds for the twin setup I want to run. If I am going to go twin low mount lameness I at least want to have some fun fabricating all the bits
  8. Different dynos but there are loads of people running 220-240rwkws out of a 2530. I know Russ ran 21psi through his thing and made 23#rwkws for a long time before throwing his RB25 in. He couldnt get it to hold more than something like 16psi at redline as it would not hold boost. For giggles replace the inlet pipe, blank off BOV and remove cat for tuning and go from there
  9. Nice to have a fresh engine again. New motor makes the same power as the last motor with less boost and earlier. Will put 1,000kms on it and do some coolant and oil flushes and then throw the new turbo on. Hopefully bag another 30-40rwkws and pop 350 Should make for an interesting drive at PI next month
  10. What a cluster f**k Oh well, Mark will start well from 5th with nobody looking
  11. Shoot me your email addy. Happy to tell you where I went wrong with some of my trips which may save you making the same mistakes
  12. I am pretty sure they feel vodka is for drinking and will find some opther alternative energy source, one that doesnt taste so good
  13. ...and yep I think we can push Russia to about 90%. It just has to fit in with the R32 European Road trip. I love my Cossie but look forward to doing a similar trip in the Tonka Tuff R32
  14. Well all on target for Webber. P1 in Prac 1. Now to get P1 Prac 2 & 3. Pole and race win for a clean sweep so that Vettel has to go and find a crack in his chassis to explain why he got whipped
  15. So about ready to send you some drawings and pull the trigger on a HICAS delete kit got an R33 GTR rear end. How busy are you and how early do I have to get in to get some alloy engine bay bits fab'd up and the rear HICAS kit?
  16. Milan and shopping I thought would keep most ladies happy. Food was good, Accom pretty cheap...but yes, the GP is a bit meh having been to other European GPs and race meets where things are actually organised. You sat where I was meant to but got dicked as they moved the colleciton stand for my tickets without telling anyone and nobody actually knew at the track. Was a joke and a good way to blow $600-800 or whatever it cost Though I should point out I think there are 4 functioning toilet seats in Portugal. Every damn toilet seems to be missing the seat....and there was one time where I had to build a nest out of toilet paper just so my petite bottom didn’t freeze on the cold porcelain.
  17. Both 2.8s, Interesting to see the difference in grunt. i am more interested in shape of torque curves as I am only RWD with not much tyre of downforce so ...
  18. So any graphs of these turbos vs -5s from your tuner to give an idea of torque and power through the 4,000-6,000rpm range?
  19. But it would be worse then Aus GP for viewing...surely? Thats why I have never gone. All that money to sit in seats where cars blaze by and you see them for 3 seconds per lap? The atmosphere may be cool...but for a single bloke Hungary has a lot more obtainable talent on display
  20. Monza is fun but shit viewing and run by Italians so ... ummm. Spa is again not great for viewing as its a big open track though seats on the entry to Pouhon are cool. Hungary is way good for stands where you see plenty of track. Personally i would go to Hungary, German and Belgian GPs...Monza may keep the Mrs happy but without kanga tv this year i think any live gp will be a challenge for understanding the race
  21. Why the oversized bearings if it is a new R34 crank?
  22. Thankfully a lot of this gear has been taxed by friends. Still for sale: Alcon Mono6 calipers $2400 firm Genuine Trust T67-25G $1800 firm Genuine Trust TD06H-25G turbo $1650 firm Koyo R32 GTR replacement radiator $300ono R32 GTR headlights $300 ono R32 GSTt rear calipers $180 AU Falcon electric thermo fans $80
  23. Webber will bag a pole and win this weekend. He is long overdue for a win in Malaysia where he has always had pace equal to or better than Seb. Either way its his last Malaysian GP in an Red Bull so he better pull out all stops here and Japan.
  24. Bernie and his kunt daughters can eat the carrot from my cable! I was pissed off when I heard about the camera gig. That wasnt explained at time of entry ... it helped me hide the pain of missing out. Portimao was a great track. Better than Estoril and maybe just better than Zandvoort. It has plenty going on to keep you confused. It was harder for me to learn than any other track I have driven...though I suspect Bathurst will be a head warp for me as well. The lil R300 was so hard to drive straight....after some laps of throwing it around and losing it every secon lap the lasting fun was trying to drive it straight and get drive out of corners If Iberia goes ahead again next year I am going to have to get the R32 over for it. Two days at Portimao in teh R32 would be epic. Would be a great track for a decent powered rwd Skyline
