Next, rear diff is leaking and is making a small bearing noise. I'll prob need to fix this up when I roadworthy the car to get it into my name (currently in the business' name) before it gets all caged up. My options are reco or get some sort of new LSD like a Nismo or Kaaz etc. I'm not sure what gets reco'ed generally. Just the bearings, lsd 'clutches' and reset crown and pinion for backlash? If I go the reco route, are there kits you can buy? What do they cost? Seals, bearings, plates (and yes Richard I'm considering what you've got for sale)? Cost of a new centre is about $1500 plus R&R, so I'd hope the reco route would be significantly cheaper. Thoughts / suggestions? Just take it to a diff reco joint?
