  1. Ok, misunderstood... on or off. That makes it a lot easier to control; they did not try very hard when Nissan developed it I thought it was a fully variable, in that case the Vipec could control with PWM signal. At least Walks510 thinks its funny.
  2. Why? How would you know exactly how far the cam has moved if all you have to go by it oil pressure? Cold day, thicker oil... and so on. If you can't check where the cam is you are just assuming it has moved going by the oil pressure you want via signal to the solenoid.
  3. Elite Racing ^^^
  4. Is the Nissan VCT closed loop?
  5. So twin high mounts? How 90's JDM of you Mr Baron!
  6. Throw a graph up tuned!
  7. All things being equal the latest result posted doesn't make the RB30 look that good. Noted: different fuel, etc.
  8. So sligher higher compression ratio? What is it exactly? It is amazing it is still pulling harder all the way to 9000rpm with those 260° duration cams. Great stuff! All the T88 bashers can east their words
  9. Any updates or more results?
  10. Sorry brother, I was spinning out on Friday from the previous two days in WA... Those mufflers look much better and a much better option than butchering the other ones. Are they standard size valves? Are they OEM Nissan?
  11. Hi Jack, if you find the head again please PM me Thanks, Mike
  12. Hi there, do you have the rear axle housings? (The alloy castings that the wheel bearing assembly bolts to and all suspension arms bolt to). Mike 0432 562 025
  13. Sorry to detract from thread but is the bore 88mm and has block been sleeved?
  14. At the graphs... maybe you should look again. It is a "standard" gain/improvement from switching fuels.
  15. Huge... 40hp? It is a good improvement; you must be easily excitable
  16. Yes but you need to make sure your transition from 2.5" to 4" is done right I think a 12-15 degree gradient is ok (from memory). There is no such thing as an exhaust that is too big on a turbocharged engine.
  17. 4 inch all the way buddy!!!!!
  18. Red R Racing make their own larger diff covers now like the Greddy ones. I am sure he would be able to make something to suit.
