  1. I thought so, would be good to hear from some of their customers who have had "the works" in terms of head mods.
  2. Sounds really promising, great to hear! Not taking the piss here (as you well know Paul) but are you using the launch control and anti-lag to full effect with the V88?
  3. Where are you located? The Vipec V88 is a great ecu, motorsport orientated and also very simple to tune. It is a new product and has excellent aftermarket support. http://www.vi-pec.com/
  4. I have a word doc with all their prices etc it is not that unreasonable. Interesting they remove or "condition" both pads in the combustion chamber.
  5. Yes they do, but I am not sure if it is in house or not? The ENDYN stuff looks amazing, http://www.theoldone.com/components/cylinderheads/skyline/
  6. Hey mate, What is it for a set of 4 delivered to Adelaide, 245/45/17 Thanks, Mike
  7. Is that ENDYN in the USA?
  8. Well done, 8's can't be that far away...
  9. Gary, yes any clearance and they will flog out in no time, like a keyway, spline or whatever! From what "proengines" said I gather the collars are press fit and if they are then there should be nothing really to worry about. However, I wont be taking the chance when it comes to solving oil issues on my GTR. Mike
  10. It is the same reason why some people (including me) dont want to use an RB30 block. If you are sure it does a better job you must know more than most...?
  11. Great effort on the new setup hopefully more to come!
  12. Yes I understand. It is just a terrible design in all honestly, regardless of how long it is, it's just a plain fail on Nissans behalf. In that case it would be silly not to go a involute spline or similar, just need to get the fit right. I have seen splines fail a few ways, but it just comes down to good design and manufacture. I agree with "unique1" save the f**king about and go external pump/wet sump. Mike
  13. Even if you have a collar and with a spline that drives the oil pump gear you will still have the flats on the crank driving the collar correct? Seems like it is not solving the direct problem. Double key would do a nice job too, splines are harder to get right. Easy to machine a keyway in the crank and a mating inner section of an oil pump gear. On an engine refresh just replace the keys. But it means crank out... Mike
  14. S**t, that is a good photo that shows how close the dump pipe is the turbine housing, not nice!
  15. nisskid you are trying too hard... let the tight asses go buy there cheap rims and have an epic accident. It is called natural selection.
  16. And to add (which you probably already knew Paul) the dash display no longer needs an adapting plug as the baud rate can be varied to match up with aftermarket dashes.
  17. Why not just make another feed for your standard airbox?
  18. Since you are cutting the floor out the boot are you putting in a fuel cell or keeping the standard tank? Keep up the good work.
  19. Sorry I can not offer any help as such, but more interested in your set up. They are high lift cams (no s**t), I think JUN also do a 264 11.35mm, is there a lot of additional head work to run those sort of cams and also regular maintenance (i.e. checking valve springs). Also, would higher lift cams be similar in using oversize valves, in trying to achieve the same thing in terms of having a larger opening for the inlet and exhaust valves. Good luck with it, Mike
  20. Or perhaps an external pump.
