  1. +1 Best be safe than sorry. I'd rather hear it "will" pass, than it "should" pass.
  2. +1 That section of road is rubbish. Had a mate go down probably that same corner too. We had to use a car to remove his bike from being wedged into the guard rail. He was busted up pretty bad, but nothing life threatening.
  3. Hmm, was it you who turned up in a silver 32 or maroon 33? I spotted these cars pulling into the off-grounds car park after lunchtime. I only noticed, because with all the Fords and Holdens (and bogans), it was a freshing sight to see Welcome to SAU. Please be encouraged to join up with SAU-SA ... south australia's only CAMS affiliated Skyline Car Club.
  4. Yes, was an awesome weekend. But ................ what happens in Kadina, stays in Kadina
  5. Or if you can make your way to the Regency Park area, I can take you for a squirt in a 204awkw manual Stagea. As for Viva bars ... I bought my Viva Aero type M front bar from them and it fit fine. Just take your time and trial fit it a few times to ensure you get the mounting right. If you're in a rush, then of course it won't fit properly. But maybe I got lucky with the bar. Rest of my kit is Dolphin for skirts and rear.
  6. Pete, I use to work at a crash repairer, so have a fair idea on what to look for. I can help with compiling a list of bits you'll need, then its up to you to hunt them down second hand. Cars are normally written off because the repairer will quote top dollar second hand parts, or new parts. In most cases, forums like SAU can help you hunt down the bits you need and save heaps. Do the labour yourself, and save more. Nothing wrong with a bit of DIY.
  7. Don't worry mate ... I dream of owning that car Belongs to my mate. I've been in it many times, driven it, drooled over it!
  8. And bragging on the forums that you can get 400rwkw/awkw will raise suspicions too
  9. Quick Q: Whats the main differences/advantage between R32 GTST front calipers and R33 GTST front calipers? Is it simply the 32 is just for 280mm rotors and 33 is just for 297mm rotors. Any differences in piston sizes?
  10. There is no way in hell you'd get that 260 for half price at 17. Maybe my stag ... but not his (being twice the car mine is).
  11. Have you bled clutch correctly? Do it on a hoist (like I did) so you can see the amount of fork travel at the slave cylinder. And bleed it from ALL bled valves. My Stagea has 3.
  12. Hence why I am biting my tongue too. I've had my own experiences too that can't be spoken about publicly.
  13. He hasn't worked all week ... so he can get off his lazy butt and get around there to see you
  14. That sucks to hear Nigel. Would like to comment, but I'm sure I'd be sued.
  15. Do you have the set (of 4)? Or just 2? If you've got 4 and only using 2 ... can I use 2 for the Stag for the show?
  16. WTBorrow/Buy Wheel spacers for car show this weekend. Wouldn't mind the Stagea looking a little toughter for the show. PM me
  17. Damo (tryandcatchme) detailed my car last weekend, including under the bonnet (and also the Brutale). Unfortunately he's on holidays as of Friday and still won't have time to do it by then anyway. But any other time, with more notice, and he's the man to see
  18. +1 Busy at work too. +1 Will send in my form soon.
  19. Just because you asked
  20. Awesome! Saves me the hard work
  21. We saw nothing
  22. Hell yeah! Where you disappear to? Welcome back. I have nothing to assist you, but best of luck. Would love to see the 33 back on the road.
  23. Well, I guess anything is better than Kyle
  24. Footy player? They're fairies aren't they? You just touch them and they hit the ground holding a limb and crying!
  25. Kyle Sandilands? Kyle couldn't punch his way out a wet paper bag, let alone lay someone out.
