  1. http://feedback.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.d...eedbackAsSeller Lol, can't but help feel sorry. Well, considering that this is the very first item he is trying to sell on eBay, maybe he just got the decimal spot and zeros in the wrong place
  2. Yikes! WHat's a full-size road trip then? The full M1? What you suggest would be what you want. Fastest way there is Hume, scenic way back is coastal.
  3. Dunno... probably won't feel much difference in N/A engine??
  4. There must have been a lot of cops on NY for some to be camped out on such a back road. Or maybe they had an insider in the club and knew the route?

    Gta R34 Gtr

    I stand corrected.

    Gta R34 Gtr

Seriously, you DO NOT want a secondhand R34 GTR to be the first car you own when you don't know anything about cars. "Driving a car for 2 hours" doesn't mean crap when there are a lot of things that can go wrong in a likely modified, secondhand turbo theft-magnet. Instead of us holding your hand through every step, the best $1000 you can spend is on a secondhand manual excel. Own it for a year, learn how cars work, then get a R32 GTS-T for a year. Then you'll be ready to fully appreciate and look after a GTR (as well as hopefully manage to secure finance).
  7. That's correct. There should be a way of getting a number plate frame that can be locked?
  8. Wow... very nice. I'd be paranoid to park on the street though, with people nicking the plates.
  9. Nice pick-up!
  10. Happy 2009!
  11. Sell 911 to buy 5 series???? Maybe it's just so old that the plates are normal non-personalised plates and it's a coincidence.
  12. Spotted silver R34 GT-T with QLD plates followed by R33 GTS-T with VIC plates entering WGF on-ramp in Footscray few days ago. Spotted white R34 GTR on Dynon Rd at 1300 today, driven by old white-haired guy in sunnies.
  13. Hey guys, I have searched around, but not sure about the answer. I am looking for the one with the better response. I don't really mind about top-end speed. I thought the GT2560 would be better for this, but then I read somewhere that it's the other way round?? It's for an R34 GTR with adj cam gears, AFMs, boost controller+PFC, 600cc injectors, pods, dump/split pipes. Thanks for all the help.
  14. Hi guys, I am deciding which one is better for an R34 GTR with a GT2860 turbo. From the searches it looks like both have boost maintenance issues? Thanks.
  15. Two great, lesser-known places that are cheap for 1st-class food 1. Dainty Sichuan Restaurant (walk up Chinatown from the Russel St intersection and turn left when you hit the private car park). The best place for authentic sichuan (spicy as hell) food in Melbourne that I have been. Better than Spicy Fish (cnr Swanstwon and Chinatown, although their dumplins are quite nice). 2. J-Cafe Corner Exhibition and... something else (near the theatres). Their specialties that I can really recommend are the very nice sushi burgers (try the soft-shell crab), divine fish roe mentai soup, and salmon chirasi salad.
  16. Silks is way too expensive for what you get.
  17. As if his screen-name doesn't give it away...
  18. The old battery went in and the car starts up! Finally! Thanks for your help Stokesy. I will keep that in mind when I need to change the battery. That metal plate thing in the boot is a friggin bastard to get out and put back in. Hopefully won't need to do it again soon.
  19. What a turd. It'd be more hilarious if he did that to a plains clothes female cop in an unmarked car. She would've been impressed.
  20. In my limited experience (having had a couple of cars broken into) it's actually quite difficult to get good-quality prints from most car crimes, but good luck. Dude.... Alarm/Full Comp before mods...
  21. Too much for just those.
  22. +1 +1 Hmm.. didn't know that copper ones could solve knock issues.... have to look into that. I assume they're cheaper, as well.
  23. Good luck getting a cop to write a letter sticking up for your borderline defectable mod.
  24. I thought stock internals can only handle at most around high 300 wkws, around 500whp?
  25. How much did you get for it? Was just wondering, cuz I have an 80cm TV that is just lying around doing nothing, and I just assumed no-one would buy a CRT these days, so never bothered even trying to sell it.
