  1. my one says kg-m on it too but attesa doesnt work on torque or any torque meters or knowing how much torque the engine makes does it ? it works on vectoring the available torque between the front and back wheels up to 50% front . think about it ?
  2. which bit is it in this picture . yes you will be able to go into nissan and get one . is there any reason why you cans join it with a 50c irrigation joiner from bunnings? etc etc

  5. nah poos . a neo turbo bolts on to a rb20det dump pipe . they all the same .
  6. sure your tuner will be able to explain the pros and cons of each .
  7. boost soleniod will remain off for a lot of symptoms on the trouble shooting matrix in the manual . try re setting the ecu . or re plumb the t piece so its on 7 the whole time . its easy to do and very relaible
  8. borrow a sender from someone . there is 2 senders near the front of the intake manifold . smaller one is for gauge bigger(2 wire) one is for ecu . or buy a new one . shouldnt cost that much
  9. yeah a brande new one shouldnt be too much . a brake master cyl is only 90 odd
  10. you will need the compressor elbow off the r34 turbo as it has a pressure outlet on it for boost controll . r33 has it out of the ic pipe . also you might notice less power up top but it might spool up faster

  13. rs four s factory centre gauge wiring colours name ------ primary colour------- stripe colour ------- trace ill-------------- black ---------------2x red ---------------- ill +------------- red -------------- 2x black -------- silver dot gnd ----------- black ------------ red ---------------silver dot ets +-------- lime green ---------- red ------------- silver dot ets----------- black ------------------------------------------- ign---------- purple------------- 2x white------------------- boost+------ white-------------- 2x green--------------------- back of gauges also has "OTM" but it doesnt have a screw in it and no wire for it . oil temp maybe ? might have to look into swapping useless volt gauge for an oil temp .........
  14. heres a pic of my attesa plug/socket . also better pictures of the "ets+" wire lime green with red stripe . 2nd in on the bottom row from the 4 big fat red blue yellow black . it looks quite light coloured on the back of the gauge photo but its lime green like photo of ecu harness "ets+" wire also has silver "Trace"? (dots of silver paint along it )

  17. its a % . thats why full is 50 % is full . 50% front and 50% rear eg locked . read on up on atessa . so if the gauge goes to 50 is it sending 500 nm to the front wheels ? atessa doesnt work on torque so why would the gauge? f**ked if i know why it has kg-m on the gauge
  18. i agree . the gauge is pretty useless . the most it was ever on was when i put the space saver on . till i got f**ked off with it and unpluged the wire under the dash so i could drive home without 10% torque to the front for no reason . its also stupid in the was that 0-10% takes up half of its sweep the 20-50% has to share the other half . was kinda interesting when driving up a road that had patches of snow on it so it was on off on off heaps . in the 18 months ive owned it i could count the number of times its moved on one hand .
  19. here is a picture of the back of my rs four s factory gauges . it has boost front torque and volts . the lime green with red stripe is "ets +" . 2nd picture is of the attesa ecu where the same coloured wire goes into it . 3rd picture is the factory oil temp sender i was talking about earlier
  20. nah neo 25ts have an oil temp sender in the stupid oil factory oil cooler thing where the oil filter is because the gtt has a factory oil temp gauge
  21. do you know about the button on the dash? (left of steering wheel , looks like an I , well 4 wheels) that does exactly what you have described . it something goes wrong with the system it will just shut down and stay in 2wd
  22. this thread is goin straigh to the pewl room !!! its the stock oil pressure gauge . ignore it
  23. series 2 manuals didnt all come with saude . mine is fabric but its way cooler than standard fabric . there is a series 2 manual black with twin sun roofs and im pretty sure it was was leather . for sale in auckland about a year ago . wood grain is like the factory r33 4 door gtr . just as there is little chance of finding one there is little reason to try !!!!
  24. its quite good on the way down south in nz there is big long passing lanes that are quite steep straigh up hills and like 5 k long . and the honda boys thinks theyre fast till the stag blows past them 5 up .
