Do the V36 have auto fold and auto tilt?

JDM sedans all came in auto. If you say your car is 370GT then it's a 7 speed 350GT V36 were 5 speed auto. Only early 370GT coupes came with 5 speed auto

Yes I know what you mean. After looking around, I came to the conclusion that it was safer to import rather than getting it from a dealer here. Sure, there are some legitimate dealers here but there's also risk that the importer/agent they used could be dodgy? I was in the view that if I could eliminate as many middle people as possible, it would be less likely that I would be getting a lemon.

IMO why take this risk of getting a wound back/lemon when you can get Chef or Prestige Motorsport to import? Yes it will take time but if you are a car enthusiast, what's a little wait to get a good car for good value of your money?

Nah it works fine mate. Lazy bugger like me can't be stuffed burning CDs. Alternatively use the CF card slot...works great too...but limited amounts as well IIRC BTW mines a 2007 V36 Sedan

There are a few post confirming that the iPhone 5 works. It works on my car. I have tested iPhone 3, 3S, 4, 4S and 5 on mine. All works well, no issues whatsoever. What I do is I connect the car and phone via BT through the phone function of the car And then turn on streaming through the music settings where you adjust bass, treble, increase volume while driving, etc...theres a menu for bluetooth streaming music in that Check the translation pdf file pinned on the main V forum page. PM me if you need more details. I cant remember exactly now that I'm at work but can go thru with you later when I get in my car or at home.

Definitely reasonable if you need nav for everyday use and dont want a cluttered screen with gps, dash cam and laser detector...

That might be Chris Rogers putting in a Garmin GPS at the back of a non-nav V36?

Bose is an option for all models as Andrew said. Nav was an option too. Most SP would have BOSE and NAV but it is possible to find some without Nav or Bose or without both. Head unit, no one in Australia can by pass that at the moment. So far I only know that they can install aftermarket GPS on non-nav models (cheaper) but Chris said he can install GPS for Nav cars for over $2k (?) (for the module) + installation fee now. Should PM him for a proper price. I personally think the head unit is crap, sends way too much dirty signals out. Had to install Audison Bit Ten processor with my aftermarket speakers and amps just to get rid of it. Quite disappointed with the factory setup.

They could download the firmware from my ECU to their computers. Then they tried flashing my ECU with 370z, Murano, 350z and all...and then installed my original one back.

They can diagnose...they did on mine. They just cant get the firmware downloaded.

If you are getting one get one without the Nav option. Then ring up Chris Rogers and get him to sort the Nav part of it for you And honestly, paying for the Bose system is shit IMO
