  1. If you happen to find a Nissan Centre that will service it, let them know to follow the 370Z schedule. In Perth, there are a few that are welcoming the grey imports.
  2. This has been covered so many times. Please use the search function or go through the threads here. I have tried iPhones 4-6 and they all work no issues whatsoever. In summary, firstly you need to pair your phone with the car's bluetooth, you then need to go to audio settings and turn on playback for bluetooth again.
  3. Well I have never had an issue since I got the car two years back. Bluetooth audio and phone on iPhone 4, 4s, 5, 5s and 6 all works for me and I too have the SP Bose sytem. AUX will definitely sound better than bluetooth if you care about sound quality. Andriods works easy and they can also copy their phone book over to the car. Well the last time I tried I could. Not sure about the newer Andriod OS.
  4. http://www.skyline-gt.com/filedump/v36-translation2.pdf You'll need to pair the phone in the "Phone" section first. Once that's done you'll need to turn it on in the Audio>Bluetooth section again. That works for me.
  5. I'd say sway bars are the best mod the V can get for drivability....then coils/shocks.
  6. I would stay away from dealing with GTM altogether. They make quality products but there are issues that arose where people didnt receive their purchase even after a year. Stillen SC kits are pretty good. Direct bolt on. AAM Competition and Fast Intensions have pretty good turbo kits. I'd say SC would be less f**king around. But do it
  7. Lucky you, I guess the 7 spd gear box does give better fuel economy. Too bad I chose to get the 5spd instead.
  8. I dont drive like a hero everywhere. I do it occasionally just for the fun of it, on empty roads. And I, like Tony and ASM have pretty heavy foot. Doesnt mean I red line the car all the time. I just get off traffic lights at 3.5-4k revs etc. I just drive with abit more urgency than she would like me to but I come from a country where we drive with urgency and not braking all the time when people merge into your lane or changing lanes. If you come to Perth, you'll see the idiots all around driving on the right lane doing 80km/h in a 100km/h zone. I'm nt gonna just sit behind these assholes cause they cant drive properly
  9. Lol I know...the missus always goes quiet when I start driving with the foot down...and then death stares....hahaha...can't imagine if it was twin turbo'ed
  10. Tony, maybe if you take that brick off the accelerator...
  11. How are you getting 8-9l/100kms? I get about 12-13l/100kms then again I work 5 mins away from home with stop go every 200m or so...and I drive like an asshole too I paid $550 for my UpRev tune. But decided to buy the cable and upgraded my license to the tuner license. If you have money to burn, get it tuned for the better torque =D
  12. I agree with Matt, the torque increase and response you get should be pretty noticeable, I know mine was. But yeah, money spent wise it may not be the best. I am quite happy with my UpRev tune, considering I can keep up with some of the Subaru Liberties and WRXs....minus cornering haha well I'll just drift around them corners
  13. Bose Home Theatres...we have the older ones (more than 15 years old) are awesome for movies...the newer ones from what I've heard, not too great for the price you are paying for. I am probably very picky with sound systems but my R34 sounded better with Focal Polyglass 2 way than the Bose. Again its my opinion and preference. Basho - I am unsure what expenses your mate is talking about but like the others have said, only the CVT would have a big problem. Other than that, the expenses are your usual bush, control arms etc....like any 10 year old car will have. Getting a 34 would have similar issues. V36 on the other hand are pretty new cars and I have yet seen any big problems on mine that I have to pay a large figure of 3k.
  14. Just to chime in, the Bose system is pretty crap IMO. The speakers are pretty shit, amp is disappointing and the head unit sends pretty bad signals out as well. But like I said, it's my opinion...I know there are people on here who thinks the Bose system is nice.
  15. Dan I meant the meisterschaft gthaus
  16. Yeah man, I just didn't have money to burn so went with a custom. The muffler itself already cost a bomb!!
  17. I have a custom exhaust for my V36 350GT Sedan. I think it's great, sounds awesome and unique and it didn't cost as much as a shelf. Meisterschaft is awesome...if you can afford it get it. Build quality is flawless and it sounds so f**king awesome. It's expensive because of the quality of it. No BS. My setup is Stillen hfc 2.5" to a Magnaflow 2.5" x-pipe then dual pipes to HKS Legamax muffler. The only thing about the muffler is that it is a 2".....I bought the wrong one. The X-Pipe takes out most of the noise. No resonators needed as the X-pipe takes out most of the sound. At high revs, it's loud enough for me. At low revs (3k?) you can hear the VQ sound but not noisy at all. No drone whatsoever. If I could do it again, I would probably try the Fujitsubo Legalis and get FI HFC instead of the Stillen. However I was told the FI and Stillen has Magnaflow core so it shouldn't make much of a difference. Could be wrong.
  18. Man the 7spd gearbox does wonders on fuel economy huh....*sigh*
  19. Which O2 sensor though? Think theres 2 sets on these cars....(I think)
  20. When I was working in the city, my usage was about 13-14l/ 100kms...peak hour traffic + city...you wont get good economy out of these engines considering they are pretty high revving. But your consumption does seem to be on the higher side of things. Not too sure how bad the traffic and city driving is like in Melbourne though. 100% hwy (assuming 100-110km/hr and going into the country) should get low 11s or even high 10s.
  21. I could be wrong but that's what OEM ones are suppose to be according to the manuals
  22. Front - 7.5" x 18" with 45mm offset Rear - 8.5" x 18" with 50mm offset
  23. I know...just like how Whatsapp hasn't released the optimised version as well...
