  1. If you are getting one, get S or SP trim...nothing below that...both 350GT and 370GT are good, the 370GT more refined and tuned IMO...but all the same car...
  2. Yea thats what I thought too with the low rpm, but a few guys has been saying when they do long distance their economy was xx and was better than the 5spd autos. V36 Sedans in other parts of the world gets the manual gearbox except JDM =(
  3. ^ this 350GT only 2006-2008 vq35hr sedans 5spd auto only. 2009 onwards all sedans had the 7spd auto box with 3.7l engines Coupes only came with 3.7l engines. Coupes up to 09 had the 5spd gearbox. After that 7 spd auto. Of course they had the 6 spd manual 7 spd gearbox is 50kg heavier so on short distances doesn't give much better economy. But high way and stuff it does give much better economy.
  4. Pretty sure you can do the auto learn procedure....?
  5. Same for the sedans 18" sports. Rears are wider but I run 245 all around.
  6. Any idea what grille you have? Looks awesome
  7. 500 is pretty low. Wonder why can't they just fix the issue using Consult and bringing the idle up.
  8. One touch up is just a simple procedure...move the window down half way, then press and hold the window button down...continue holding for 5 seconds after the window is fully open...then pull and hold so the window goes up...continue holding for 5 seconds after the window is closed. As for retractable mirrors, i think they might have reflashed your ECU with either a slightly different one where there was no option for retractable mirror or a setting was not turned on. My car didnt come with that option (I was told) or maybe its the settings, who knows...i cant find it.... Sad that they did not tell you what happened...it would help a lot of people...oh wells.
  9. It should be like what scotty said 650-750. Mine sits at 700 read by my Uprev cable. Have you got your car back? What did they do exactly?
  10. If you have a OBD reader you could get a better reading.
  11. 350gt. 700rpm is the standard I think.
  12. My car had that issue, we tried all procedures and nothing worked. I even bought two new TBs and still the same. Put all 4 TBs on another 36 but coupe manual (mines a sedan auto) and they all work. I ended up swapping with the manual as the TBs on that car worked on mine. The TBs had all the same part numbers, made by same manufacturer. The Nissan dealership my mechanic works for told me they had the same issue with a 370Z before and their last resort was swapping TBs with other 370Zs.
  13. if only in k23
  14. More pics plz!
  15. I had issues when I did a TB clean. My rpm fluctuated fro 1.5-2.5k rpm non stop...I went as far as getting new TBs but still same issue. Not too sure what the issue was there. Nissan couldn't figure it out. They did ECU reset, reflash, throttle relearn and whatever other relearn/reflash/reset possible. Nothing worked. I ended up taking one of my mates TB, same part number everything but that worked on my car...so we just swapped.
  16. Would support E10 just means the car is able to run on E10 but doesn't mean you should run it. Just like how it say you can run RON91 but no WOT
  17. Duncan Nissan in WA is helpful too...well only because they hired my mechanic and bought his books over. He used to own a performance shop but now works for them. He's slowly getting other technicians to mod cars now as his customers have mostly imports. Sucks that we have to pay dealer prices now. He also does as much as he can but same thing applies, when diagnosing they appear more careful in what they say. But of course he goes above and beyond for me just cause I knew him from before. I also have the same splutter/hesitation/miss at low rpm on take off mentioned in the other thread you are talking about after a cold start but warmed up. It was two in 7 days for the first 400m I drove. I did the usual TB clean and MAF and all but nothing worked. It was mostly gone after I got my car tuned with UpRev. I changed spark plugs as well. Problem hardly exist now. Not too sure what the tuner did...I know they messed with timing big time because I was complaining about knock issues. Not too sure if that is any help to you.
  18. Lol...e85 would require change of internals wouldn't it? Don't think I wanna go down that path just yet unless I run a TT or SC on the car.
  19. Eye Candy, what policies is in place regarding imports at the Nissan Dealerships? Some of them seem to be really against servicing or diagnose problems for imports when they have the tools to do so....
  20. Hey Scott, I do at least 3-4 full tanks and average it out, and then reset ecu for the new fuel and repeat. Both my V36 and R34 does better with BP98 as well over the Caltex and VPower... P100, pulls better and does similar K's to BP98 or just a bit more. Actually thinking about it, P100 pulls better over Caltex and VPower....comparing to BP maybe same or so...that one I am not too sure considering I use either one. Recently though I got my V36 tuned with P100 in it... Do you think mixing BP98 and P100 would be a problem?
  21. I've tested BP98 Vpower Caltex98 and United P100...from my experience, BP98 works best with better fuel economy than Vpower and Caltex. BP98 vs P100...not really noticeable but I "feel" that P100 gives me more pull. Economy wise...slightly more with P100 but could just be road conditions..Nowadays I only use BP98 or P100 depending which days I need to get petrol as P100 is usually cheaper.
  22. It's out! Working without freezing! But it's blue in colour...some ads too but I'm happy it's working lol!
  23. Just downloaded the updated app. Works well. But it's now blue colours and quite a few adverts. Nonetheless it's working without freezing!!
