  1. ohhh yeah
  2. i'm guessing your new seat mounts arn't in yet?
  3. DIY. It's only like 6 Phillips head screws. I got the old one appart in 5 mins last night
  4. My tuner Boost Automotive stocks them
  5. Didn't the RS500's have 8 injectors? Got the old oil pump off tonight, now just need to wait for my billet gears to turn up for my N1 pump.
  6. Looks like i'm going to put a bigger oil pump on. The head sounds like a box of hammers again, seems the restictor is too small for a hydro head. I've been told more oil pressure should fix it
  7. yep corn juice...the fuel of champions. Boost is 21psi, the combination graph lists boost on the right hand side. Head is standard bar the exhaust ports
  8. If I was going to the effort of cheating. I wouldn't be putting a shitty 25 in
  9. secret squirrel stuff
  10. The old engine wasn't that bad, the new engine is just that good
  11. 400HP RB20 highflow from billet turbochargers. I havn't changed the turbo
  12. just got an mms from the tuner, the new engine looks the goods compared to the one i blew up 2 days before targa
  13. ohhh yeah, time to buy some Brabham merch. Speaking of which I've booked for a group of us to sit in the Brabham stand at the GP next year.
  14. I've run a terraphone and i'm now running a PMD Enduro. The enduro is much better put together, has much better plugs, and much better sound. I wouldn't recomend a Terraphone to anyone.
  15. The car is back on the road again. It's been out for a few runs. Follewed the Nissan manual and ran the car at 4000rpm for 10mins to bleed the lifters... and it worked. while I was doing it, I was waiting for the valvetriain to come flying out the bonnet. New engine feels good, heading the the tuners during the week for a tune.
  16. well played sir
  17. I got the hose and installed it today. Works very well, thanks for the heads up woolls. You coming up for the final round of the TSS?
  18. E85 should be a lot better than 105 (and cheaper) if you only 1/2 filled one of those tiny greddy catch can, your engine is only just run in. I spat 2l out during the the 3 1/2 mins worth of prolouge. 26 cam covers will stop a lot of oil coming out too

don't go to Hobart. Time of year depends on what you want to do. if you want to do some spirited driving, don't come in summer as there are 1000 retired people driving round in campers
  20. i've gone with some 19mm breather hose from woolys recomendation. i'll see how it goes
  21. more boost is needed to compensate for the boost that is hiding in the sump!
  22. Your crash is very similar to how I crashed in Arrowsmith 08 (was even a R5>3), I was just lucky I fell into a ditch at slower speed, and didn't get any style points for a triple pyke. You would be surprised how well they fix. Dad's R33 has had 4 big hits in the front left (3 by us, 1 by Glenny). We replaced the left front tower after our first hit, cause Glenny had a rushed job to fix it when he crashed, and it was no good after a second hit. The 3rd and 4th hits were fixed on a chassis aligner.
  23. Yep entry is already in. How easy does it stretch? ie does it go on and off easy, so you can work on the car?
  24. looks like a car again. i'm on the hunt for some 22mm hose for the breathers now
