I wouldn't be surprised if putting the smurf back in would fix mine too, but yeah for the cost I just really couldn't be f**ked dealing with it right now lol...obviously rebuilding the box is significantly more expensive, but she'll be good as new then! I'll just deal with it until then lol

Not for the price no, it'd be a gamble. Gearbox was fairly iffy as it was even with shockproof...not dropping $100 worth of syn75 just to see if even more expensive shockproof has the same outcome. Shit happens really, gearbox was always on it's last legs with the synchros...rebuild when clutch finally lets go (very soon it feels like lol)

Not gonna lie to you mate, for various reasons it takes me fking AGES to do oil changes too. Not so much because I'm newb at it (done plenty of times) but because I'm simply retarded. FWIW

Recently changed my manual gearbox oil since the Shockproof that was in there had been there for about 30,000km lol. About 2.8L came out, replaced with about 3.3L of Syn75. Immediately felt the difference - I can barely get it into 2nd gear anymore, even when it's warm. Will also crunch/collide on its way from 1st to 2nd, and occasionally from 2nd to 3rd. SIGH. The next time the oil's changed in this box, it's because it's being rebuilt. Piece of shit. Also disappointed with the oil making gear changes WORSE than when it had 30,000km old Shockproof in it.

DON'T ANSWER HIM, otherwise I'll be even more tempted to remove mine to pay for it to be midded

Well nobody has added anything on that subject since it was suggested lol. That would be a really good idea, though I reckon Pat already had plans that would cover dinner time. I for one would be totally up for dinner and then heading to Pat's place afterward

Update: so I weighed 74kg before my europe trip. 72kg when I got back, with visible fat gain. Now I weigh 71kg after getting back into it hard with a better diet and more food intake than before.... Wtf? Why am I not gaining weight? Lol

I rolled my head downward and to the right, so it pressed towards my chest. I think I've pulled/torn muscle(s). Kinda cramps up at night, but I've been hitting ibuprofen before going to sleep lately and it's helping (sweating started before taking painkillers). Heating is....maybe higher, though it's not really warm in the room. I'll try go a night with it turned off, see how it goes.

Lately (last 2 weeks) I've been waking up most nights absolutely soaked in sweat....to the point where I need to flip my blanket and pillow around to avoid the wet patches. wtf?
