  1. You're just jealous of how good it makes my ass look.
  2. heh yeah that's about along the lines of most reports I was reading....lame
  3. I've got a pair of 2XU compression tights and I fkn love em! They often trick me into pushing further on leg exercises as for me at least they noticeably reduce lactic build up and other such uncomfortable side effects of pushing them reps out Plus they go great under my bike pants lol
  4. haha all good Rev, was only joking Cheers though. Seems the scoop it comes with should be roughly 300mg. Might crack out the milligram scales though, don't wanna f**k around with this stuff too much haha
  5. I'll tell you the same thing for half the price!! hahaha sorry, I had to
  6. I was really trying to work this quote (or a modified version) in...well done f**ker
  7. SHUT UP SLAGS, I'm the only pussy 'round here.
  8. 50g of phenibut powder ordered. Should I just rack it up in one go? That'll be completely safe yeah? Good.
  9. I believe "value for money" is the term you're looking for Dan
  10. Leesh check your fb
  11. Where would one source the phenibut?
  12. f**k this country's the laughing stock of the world....f**k it, I'll just source it illegally.
  13. Can it be bought over the counter or off the shelf? I keep getting the impression it's prescription only, but it's readily available all over the interbutts.
  14. Where's the best place you guys would recommend getting melatonin? After the last couple of weeks, particularly last night, I'm about ready to start slamming xanax - if only so I can fast forward through my f**king atrocious nights.
  15. Leaking cam cover couldn't possibly affect performance in your situation brooooooooo.
  16. Wise move. Trucks are always more reliable than performance cars
  17. Yeah I definitely wasn't overheating, that's for sure. Easy test Leesh - stick with the phenibut for a week or so and see if sweating persists. If so, stop taking it for a week and see if sweating goes away. If sweating goes away, start taking it again just to confirm it's the cause (as in theory, sweating should return). If it appears to be the cause, speak to yer docta
  18. I've woken up nights in a row dripping in sweat when I've been having perfectly fine sleep and not supplementing anything (just to suggest it might not be related). I've actually almost concluded the reason I'm sweating is from lying in the one position for too long - but no idea why my body wasn't rolling over while I slept...meh
  19. I've used an osteopath in the past who definitely knew what he was talking about. Physio I've seen before for one unrelated issue and was a bit sceptical afterwards but didn't really judge based on one experience heh....definitely will see another professional though, since I've gone and got myself private health cover specifically for these uses! I'm not quite convinced it'll be an issue remedial massage will fix, unless massage can be a substitute for stretching but either way, will definitely see a physio to see what/where they believe the problem lies, then take it from there Cheers for the inputs y'all
  20. Nah haven't had it looked at. Gave up on squats and deads at the same time due to constant flaring up of SIJ area and related muscles...though now when I come back to giving squats a shot, I simply can't get the bar into position with my hands on it (at any useful width) without this horrid pain. Would this be a physio's field if I were to see a professional about it?
  21. (before my lower back decided it was shit) I'd managed 140kg squat for 5 reps, depth was questionable but for a commercial gym I might as well have been sitting on the ground lol. Only recently I've been pushing on bench, and have managed a fairly easy (though not paused) 115kg bench. Prior to back again I managed 175kg deadlift. Really gotta get my shoulder ROM shit sorted out so I can squat again!!! Actually missing them big time just sucks right now coz I get a horrific burning pain in my rear delts or thereabouts when I have the bar on my back (low bar). FML.
  22. Peanut butter. Otherwise I think one of my mates (or even someone here) suggested the other day mixing it up with some WPI then chucking it in the freezer for a while, apparently comes out like cheesecake lol I just eat the shit with a spoon or on rye biscuits
  23. Pretty silly question, but this is exclusively CARS yeah? As in I can't attend on le moto (not that I'd particularly wanna ride it at Wakefield lol, more just curious)
  24. While I agree with exactly what you said Markos, I think you misinterpreted my question - are there foods that will NEGATIVELY affect performance, even if every dietary requirement has already been met? Let's say you wrote me a comprehensive diet plan that covered every bit of nutrition my body needs. Now, assuming I adhered to it 100% (in the sense that I didn't skip anything), are there any types of food that when added to this already comprehensive diet would actually be taking steps backwards when it came to performance? Perhaps something that will hinder optimal function in some way....like excessive sodium perhaps?
  25. Are there many types of food that you've noticed will almost always cause a reduction in performance? Of course we need to eat the right foods to grow and have energy, but say if we ate certain things ON TOP of the good stuff, would anything send us backwards? I ask this because sometimes depending on what I've eaten through the day, I'll actually feel worse when it comes to training time than if I ate nothing at all. Might be entirely mental, but hell I figure it can't hurt asking
