  2. See below hekkas MS Paint representation of what my bend looked like. Yes, the piping didn't even make 90 degrees before meeting the next part of the bend.
  3. That's true, though it was at ~17psi and the tuner said it still had more but he stopped there because it's a standard engine (read: he's a big softy sooky-lala)
  4. Personally I highly doubt it has anything to do with the bend causing restriction. Mine was a pretty fkn brutal bend as well as being 2.5" piping and didn't have any issues flowing 295rwkw.
  5. Probably misfiring or something? lol can't think of any other way you could possibly get an inline 6 to sound like a 4.
  6. I was taking in 300g+ and roughly 2500-3000cal per day at 78kg bodyweight and still dropped ~750g of fat per week. For me at least, there's nothing wrong with eating excessive amounts of protein. Worst case scenario is my body just shits it out without absorbing it lol. Winning.
  7. Well in the context I was getting at with the word 'trivial', to hit more than 50g directly from things I consider to contain 'trivial' amounts, you'd be eating a ridiculous amount of food haha. At the end of the day I'm seeing these silly little amounts add up to maybe 50g of protein (and sugars are similar). The amount of fruit I see some people consuming through the day blows my f**king mind though....I'd hate to think how much sugar they're taking in each day, even in the "healthy" form of fruit.
  8. haha not bad considering no meat I've got a dietary question as well - I know this is nit picking over macros and I honestly don't care about this point, it's just more of a curiosity thing, but "protein" from random foods like bread, heated milk in coffee, and various other sources like rice and veggies - can your body actually use these proteins in the same way it uses those from more typical sources like meat? Just seems a bit silly to me counting them someone's daily protein intake, especially when they're usually such trivial values.

I think generally you can disregard sugar content of fruits (unless ridiculously excessive) since they're "healthy" etc and fructose has a lower GI than what we generally consider "sugar" Annoyingly, I too seem to blow out my "ideal" sugar intake even though I'm going out of my way to avoid sugars...seems the skim milk in my coffee ruins everything haha. Personally I don't care how much sugar I'm apparently consuming in a day since it's all "unavoidable" as part of my normal intake - especially now that I'm REALLY going out of my way to ditch foods with sugar added. I think as long as you're not ADDING sugar to your intake in any way, and little things like milk in coffee and fruit/veg can probably be overlooked.

  12. Incline was harder, lol. That, and I seem to suck BIG time on incline with a barbell, but do quite well with dumbbells
  13. Well yeah, under normal circumstances lol. I'd think when you've got 100kg+ on your back, it's in your best interests to drive as directly as you can by employing less joints directly into the movement...but I've never actually been shown how to squat by a professional, just multiple bros
  14. I've ALWAYS heard driving from the heel. If you're finding yourself putting more weight onto the ball of your foot, perhaps try a wider stance - that helped for me.
