  1. They would probably have a big enough customer base for RE55's just here on sau Lol.
  2. Size is but one small factor in fluid flow.
  3. Very true, it's funny the parallels people like us draw between the two, lol. Glad you got some sort of decent ending to the whole saga mate.
  4. 8 Litres was probably a bit optimistic. Let's says 3.0 charged or 6.0 atmospheric.
  5. Caught out by the wily old foxes ! Bugger hahaha.
  6. Buderim Pines, down the bottom of the hill and up the road a bit from the big reservoir.
  7. Lol, interesting, before I moved to brisvegas for uni I lived in buderim all my life, parents are still there.
  8. Which part of the coast throckmorton ?
  9. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/363916-skyline-drivers/page__st__40__gopid__5869748#entry5869748
  10. 39 Female from QLD Have R32 GT-R And Lol, I think SKITTLES anti swearing campaign has finished.
  11. Yeah I see how it works both ways, we should all have monocles really.
  12. I've been saying that since the mid 90's and here we are lol..... my new formula would be: 3.0 Litre DOHC 5 valve per cylinder max twin turbo V10. Or upto 8 Litre naturally aspirated, any configuration. Free aero, apart from front and rear wing wake and air disturbance massively reduced. Full ground effects floor, tunnel and diffuser allowed. No kers or any other device of this nature. alcohol based fuel. minimum two tyre manufacturers. cockpit equalised so that no driver is held back by weight or size. Larger tyres, much different profiles, probably 18"
  13. James. There are guys who have posted in this thread, with builds that are WAY more intensive then what you say you have. And your taking the advice over Facebook slappers and a kid that can't even drive ? Are you actually coming here for advice and help because so far all you have done is piss on everyones helpful suggestions while changing your mind about what you actually want from post to post. there is a dude who was a mechanic for a big GT-R workshop and I'm pretty sure we all know the one he's talking about who has advised you, why don't you take this on board if the word of a mechanic is your gospel.... Let me put it this way: No one is giving you arrogant replies, it simply that we are not telling you what you want to hear, by all means go ahead, spend the money and be happy with what you've built but from what you have said, it won't be what you end up with. Everything everyone has said has been to help you, and previous to this page that's what happened. You went from worrying about being defected to wanting a car that stalls at idle, using insane amounts of fuel and is laggy, where is the segue ? A car like that will drive like an absolute piece of shit, do you have the money for the drive-train modifications required also ? It will not run a good time at the track, it will not run a good time at the circuit, it will not drift well, it will not even be fast on the streets, seriously you will be destroyed by 90% of stuff on the road at the lights unless you pony up huge money to get this setup working properly, which your not. I also doubt your bottom end is engineered to take the consistent 9000RPM + required to make this sort of power from a 2.6 Litre engine, given that you required only 400kw atw from the builder. The main problem here is your attitude towards advice is pretty stupid, people are just trying to help you, all you have to do is smile and nod and take what someone has said under advisement. You don't have to DO anything you don't want to, but don't get all angsty when someone bursts your bubble with the cold steel of reality..
  14. between those two options ? T04z by miles.
  15. We know man, But so will most of the other twin setups we have suggested. Honestly dude, regret is an annoyingly expensive outcome.
  16. Yup, wonder if they are ducted.
  17. Swearing in print makes you seem uneducated, but in person, its really about how you say it rather then what you say, but I try to avoid it in front of women. Your of not entirely Australian descent are you Birds . I don't like the Idea that the funeral home was put out, but honestly although a bit Ironic, if they had done it in a way as to not affect others I honestly wouldn't register an issue with it. If one of my mates died, I would happily rip a skid in his honour, just somewhere more appropriate.
  18. There is a place, where nobody dared to go, and It isn't called Xanadu, its called GT-RS on a 2.6 litre for a street car. Olivia newton John will not bring your response back to you on roller blades. Agree with Ash 100% althought I think you could possibly make a tad more then 400rwkw.
  19. that's a fair concern, Both -5's and GT-RS sit in stock position as do a myriad of other high powered twin setups. there is definitely a pair to accommodate your power needs.
  20. Hey mate, 10'000 is definitely enough money to get you a nice fresh head with plenty of work. T04Z will be an infinitely better proposition on the street (I prefer twins and I still say this) you get all the bonuses of a single turbo, packaging, ease to work on and set up, reduced costs and conversely you would get none of the bonuses of a twin setup with 2835's. I see only benefits here mate, especially for a street car. I see no reason why you couldn't make an absolute minimum of 400AWKW with the HKS turbo, probably substantially more then this. As for my opinion, I reckon go HKS 2530/ GT2860-5 for a very responsive 420ishAWKW. Cheers, Mitch.
  21. Pretty much spot on, I would not put them on a 2.6 litre, 2.8 or 3.0 is a different story that's probably for another thread though. Piggaz mate, have your Midori dumps shown up yet ? What's the goss ?
  22. Thing looks frigging rapid mate, specs ?
