  1. yeah it would, but its just a thought to be different.
  2. yeah well thats the idea, joining up the door and rear fender that is. i'll keep on dreaming for now as i'll never do it in reality. too much effort
  3. whats peoples thoughts of my idea of making a 2 door R32 sedan? i've got one design with middle pillar still visable and the other with the piller wedged out on the outside and custom glass for the fixed rear windows mounted over the piller to give a one piece glass look with no pillar. I reckon it would be possible, plus is totally different.
  4. Car has since been SOLD!!!!
  5. PM's have been sent.........
  6. is 120 for both front and rear or just front?
  7. yeah i'd have to agree with R32 big boy on that one, and whenever in doubt bout ur car just take ya car for a nice big drive late at night when the air is cool on a nice twisties road, ull have a new found friend again!
  8. depending on what he is willing to pay, i'm looking at selling mine. (maybe), although as u probally know mark, mine is a 4 door.

  12. anyone got one at a better price???

  14. yup need the part with the arm on it for the indicators and high beams for my r32 gtst. its located on side of steering wheel barrel thingo. i suppose the gtr one would also fit. the little plastic rod thing in mine has snapped after beating it with a mallot accidently to get stearing wheel off. ben - 0439905132 - [email protected] would prefer someone located in melbourne....
  15. sorry to hear bout ur incident with the truck mark. urs tiens are the HA model. when i put them in i did notice that some of the bushes at the bottom of the shock (round bit, dunno the name) were getting a bit worn, so could either be that or as Ahh32 said might be the bush in the top plate. didn't also get to look at the other bushes in the area at the time, was bit short on time that day. Best bet is getting them checked out by a suspension joint that knows about coilovers, well thats after the troubles with the truck are fixed, maybe try claim the suspension problem as been caused by by the hit.......mmmmmm i went for a bit of a drive in the dandy's the other night for the first time with my tein HA's on the car. finished the drive been pretty sore and could feel it in my kidneys, though the handling was much better, can't wait for some bigger swaybars and some strut braces. Ben
  16. with the 'RB25DET HEAD $400', whats included? and is it non VVT or VVT? for example is it just the head or does it include things like Cams, cam wheels, valves, springs , lifters etc, CAS, Coil Packs, Cam Covers, Timing Belt Cover, Ignitor box, Plenum and fuel rail, exhaust manifolds? and if not do u have all of these for sale for it? otherwise, if that complete rb26 head isn't sold in the next month or so i'll be pretty interested - lookin at building up a rb30det..... :-)
  17. i know its a little bit off topic, but thought its basically under the same category. But how strong are 5 speed manaul gearboxes from a rb25de?, i'd be looking to use it for rb25det or rb30det.
  18. well my problem ended up been the 'Air auxilary Valve', its basically located between the plennum and motor above the injectors and just below the the left of the throttle body. thats when looking from the drivers side of the car over the motor. mine had messed up idle problems, hesitating etc and eventually came to a point that it was constantly idleing at 2,000 revs non stop. Took it to a mechanic and they diagnosed it to the Air Auxilary Valve, which in turn controls the amount of air used when the engine is cold. And cos i haven't been able to find one as of yet, i've basically just bypassed it fully by blocking the valve up at both ends. i have issues when cold, but at least when it warms up the car runs and idle at a more consistant 800rpm that i've set it at with the idle control valve screw thingy. the screw u turn is located at the side (facing u when standing on drivers side of engine bay) of the AAC valve. its a philips head screw ....
  19. fuel pump, boost leak........
  20. bump!
  21. i've got the same problem dude when cold, although just yesterday my idle has now increased heaps to like 1500 - 2000, i've got a feeling its a leak in the intake or a intake gasket leak.....
  22. yeah well i actually went along last night, for half of it, don't normally go on Mccr cruises, thou was quite a few skylines there, one or 2 34's, bunch or 33's and a few other 32's. Nicest one i saw was probally a mint Blue GTR 32, went pretty quick too. but yeah as u mentioned inark, there was quite a few idiots there ripping skids everywhere they could. they are the ones that ruin it for everyone when the cops come putting yellow stickers on everyones cars.
  23. yeah i have worked at chaddy for the last year or so, see quite a few skylines parked there on a regular basis...thou i don't park at the coles entrance. On another note about 8 people from my work have had thier cars keyed within the last few months which goes to show the security at chaddy needs improving, ie cameras on all the car parks. i'm up for the stake out!!!!! :uzi: :boinkcar:
