  1. bumping my HKS Superior Finisher looking for $550 ono shipped anywhere in Aus here's some pics after i unboxed it today- it is brand new
  2. hahaha i refuse to get sucked into the apple product compatibility trap
  3. lmao even the north koreans believe their world champs http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zE86lLz7Iss
  4. agreed it's comical reading the new model year threads over on nagtroc where the american consumer loses their mind over the perpetual model release program and leans on that cheap credit to keep upgrading year by year in fact the marketing departments over there are so clever they exclusively for the americans name a model year +1, just so they are buying the future model before everyone else
  5. alibaba is hit or miss......bit like ebay afaik there are two main ti exhaust manufacturers in china - jiajun and gzy (which is where mine came from) imo jiajun quality isn't there, just like majority of the carbon parts coming out of china atm - with exception of revozport and top racing which in my experience were even better quality than japan's zele carbon there are bargains to be had, but keep in mind alot of factories work on minimum order quantities - you may get lucky and they'll sell you a single unit if they have stock but they wont get the manufacturing team away from making ipads for some aussie guy who wants some ti underbody bling
  6. carbon front lip sold mate post some pics up - definitely suits white best
  7. +1 on the inlet pipes ive been quite vocal on here and nagtroc on how nissan has deliberately choked the turbo with the pipe diameter to ensure future marketing new model ops i ordered the inlets together with my intake and couldn't understand back then why the yanks were creaming themselves over 3" maf intake tubes when it necks down to under 2" at the inlet anyway - seems they've now caught on B the aftermarket inlets from HKS and Top Secret are a few mm larger than the 2011 oem
  8. me too!! i want some baller dyno numbers - might even crack 500 i took a punt and was very surprised when i peeled off the chinese bubble wrap
  9. their dyno is reading very high
  10. i bought my exhaust direct off alibaba from one of the ti exhaust manufacturers in china it's 90mm, sounds great with de-catted downpipes and catted midpipe (didnt gain much sound when i added this to my midpipe only though - it's same layout/design as oem afterall), smooth quality welds inside and out, and looks even better the only thing is i ditched the tips that came with it - i used Garage Active tips instead which i alrready had
  11. ive been running E85 for a good month+ now. Im getting around 290-320 kms to a full tank inner city driving. Thats around 50km less than i was getting with 98ron. However, the smoother running, lack of carbon build up and midrange pull far outweighs the extra mileage added some HKS SSQV 4 bovs using the HKS R34 flanges so i could mount to my oem intercooler piping may just be a placebo but im pretty sure the responsiveness getting on/off throttle quickly at mid boost is better and a touch smoother recirc'd they sound great (together with the TS intake and larger TS turbo inlet pipes), not ott loud, just enough to know they're there - they fluter at low boost and dump at high boost also ordered one of these + a gm flex fuel sensor to monitor my ethanol content - and have 2x 20L drums of E100 (from racefuels) just in case the local caltex brew dips in the low 70s
  12. at least theyve ditched those horrible revlon lipstick red wheels
  13. government charges - lct + sd + gst
  14. best on the market would be some 10k+ premium jdm from the likes of kreissieg, powercraft etc of you're interested in the gtc, id just go with the local offering from willall - design looks similar
  15. yeh i cleaned up my photobucket by sorting all my pics into folders and its broken links everywhere i bought the bulk pack off US ebay - even with the shipping, its still the cheapest option in hindsight though i wouldnt have ordered so much - i used less than a 1/3 of it
  16. yep if you dig, martin posted some dyno overlays of 09 vs 11 with midpipe and tune and both were pretty much the same the 09 owner would have gotten more bang for buck out of those 2 mods natch
  17. The ugr lambos are fast, but as reliable as the electrics on a 1970s jag
  18. power would be about the same vs a cobb and midpipe imo - acceleration should be too taking out the improved LC (but then cobb will be able to offer you LC4 soon too) with these incremental power up's, Nissan is really bridging the gap now to the aftermarket ecu tuning especially gone are days of when a cobb canned map and midpipe made such a big power gain to really go "noticeably" beyond oem now, you have to start looking at catless downpipes, bigger injectors + fuel pumps, dyno tuning and even alternate fuels. Some may even argue you'd need to swap out the turbos too
  19. this engine has so much potential, all I can say is bring on the R36
  20. Hi guys Looking to sell my carbon front lip. This is a full replacement for your oem lip - simply unbolt and attach carbon lip Front visible part of the lip is carbon fibre. Rear is FRP making it significantly lighter than oem Product is BRAND NEW - NEVER BEEN INSTALLED This was purchased from Rexpeed - replacement cost is USD $710 + $225 shipping Looking for $750 ono Pickup Fairfield VIC Pics/Info here http://www.rexpeed.net/new2007/product_detail.php?serial=266
  21. huge difference in the mod list bw the Mines R34 and those R35s the equivalent R35 with a top end built engine would be this
  22. yep ALOT more than 10-20k in those race prep'd GTRs re laptimes, the mines R35 did a 59:367 in dry conditions at Tsukuba in 2008 - and that version of their car was with mainly aero, exhaust and ecu mods only dont believe HKS bother to run their GT800 car at Tsukuba as it's simply out grown it - Fuji is the new benchmark who wants to start a collection for the 'send handbrake to tsukuba' fund
  23. bump i have zero interest in horses, but ill happily take the day off spent ~3 hours sitting in my boot with some scissors and a roller - took the time to ensure very little overlap bw sheets to reduce the weight and product/cost in total i have dynamat'd under the rear seats and now the full boot floor and it's done wonders for reducing the amount of exhaust boom, road noises and random r35 drivetrain creeks n groans imo the boot had a much bigger effect then under the seats, so if anyone wants to give this a shot, start there the die hards will snicker at the weight gain, and fair enough if you're an unmasked stig. Ive used roughly 6kg so far, but imo well worth the weight penalty (which ive compensated with a carbon trunk, ti exhaust, forged wheels etc anyway)
  24. any pics from the days?
  25. Webber needs to qualify in P-4 so he can lose his usual 4 places from a dig and still be in p1 for turn 1
