  2. that's awesome mate in for pics also keen to see how much power is lost on the trip over to Aus... we never get the same dyno numbers they pull in US you'd need the 12 kit to crack 1000 at the wheels here, I don't think the 10 kit would do it
  3. pretty sure its a different font/style now
  4. Yep I thought that's what you would have done
  5. what exactly do you do with them Martin
  6. Hi guys Any r35s running aftermarket bovs here? Really like the extra turbo spool noise I've gotten from the open airbox turbo secret intake and oem bovs, but wouldn't mind it a bit louder Looking at the locally made GFBs and their hybrid bovs, and would set them about 50:50 to play it safe - don't want to run rich with full vent to atmo So who's running what?
  7. yeh I had this issue when I put on my 21s I thought I'd save some cash buying the sensors out of japan, but in the end had to buy them through the dealer as they were aus specific The Aus sensors are brown, my jdm were beige I sold them to a guy here with a jdm and I'm assuming it worked out because I didn't hear back from him

  16. theres not enough difference bw the 2010 and 2011 for them to be able to import a "superceeded" model, at least i would have thought ring them up, ask them why they havent registered it yet

  23. on my 80s wish list... has to have less than 1000miles though, be euro spec rhd and one of the last off the line I've got the original Aussie brochure and price list
  24. agreed a big part of the appeal with super expensive euro cars is the wank factor can no doubt account for 90% of new gallardo and f430/458 sales but there are still car enthusiasts out there that have a mix of old and new in their collection and buy for the pedigree, history, engineering etc, some even see value in the mix of high quality leather, alcantara, carbon etc that jdm cars just dont have - the R35 has a vinyl dash and seats for 180K, when i jump into a more expensive euro it actually does feel more expensive ive never been a fan of the r8, in either v8 or v10 guise, the looks are all personal opinion, but more importantly for me, audi's just never had that same allure or passion as the raging bull or prancing horse. it's a supercar on paper only
