  1. http://www.lorbek.com.au/recent_sales/view/lorbek_recent_sales/1995_Nissan_Skyline_HR33_GTR_V-SPEC_N1_White_5_Speed_Manual_Coupe/6460208/
  2. Lol. Why not see if the sensors are the same as vq35de, as they are available from the US at better prices. Change them for yourself and find out. The sensors can be bought for $75 or there abouts each. Nissan can EAD.
  3. My research found that there was 98 R33 N1 cars made. This number I got from iron chef. Was this the one that raced in targa?
  4. Holy 2005 batman.
  5. Reckon you'd be faster with a stock turbo in there. Go and set a time at Wakefield already farkin!
  6. I did, or my mrs did, scrape a kawa rider off the road last time up putty with SAU. Poor guy went over a guard rail and down an embankment. Broke everything below his waist. That being said, I'm happy to go up putty again.
  7. It does seem a far cry from the "party" team that they portrayed themselves as in previous years. Bickering and in fighting does not make a party atmosphere.
  8. The Tacho looks like a Stack I think...? In the right hand corner there is digital W/T and O/T (water/oil temps) Boost, obviously and something else I can't make out. The little switches could be anything. One will be a high/low boost. By then end, Aust cars were running water cooled brakes etc, so there was a lot to control. The knob in the centre of the console looks like it might be a 4wd controller. Notice also that the doors have a window winder
  9. I agree about the wheels. I think they are a make/break aspect of the build. Why don't you go LMGT1s in 18x10? No- you will never find an authentic set (can you imagine Terry selling a set of GMS GTR wheels...?)And doing a single hub conversion will scare you money wise, let alone the nitrogen tank, and wheel rattle guns to go with... How far are you planning to go with it? Right down to engine bay and interior controls? Like brake bias, instrument cluster etc?
  10. Good pick up. The devil is in the detail. I'm surprised that they were allowed to run 18" wheels! Aust cars were all 17". Dunno what the grpA regs specified.
  11. Nice. Better start shopping for some LMGT1s!
  12. Or a rattle can of clear coat.
  13. This guy, yup, he knows.
  14. Ummm, you have been in the tank, which means you have disturbed the o ring. The outlet hose should click on so the clip clicks. When you put the whole hanger unit back in, you need to get he o ring seated right. Just use some brake cleaner to wash the fuel off and see where it's coming out.
  15. What, like oil? There is an oil thread..... You know, if you want to learn stuff.
  16. Realistically, you need a rb25de motor, ecu, and all the other niggely conversion bits, exhausts etc. A de turboed rb25det is a horrible thought. Or shoot for the exemption with the transit authority in your state, but your unlikely to get it. Buy her a $2000 corolla, cause she'll wreck it/ kerb it anyway.
  17. This guy smells like Sheene the infamous sau ganster rapper, that cuts like chuuudder. He has bumped all his fav threads, and has the same prose. Aka, Onefaster26, and Sheene Ellis, the starter of what turned into the red head thread. Also likes starting similar mind numbing threads.
  18. The main hose is pretty idiot proof, but the o ring has caught people out before. It swells in contact with fuel, making it hard to seat properly. Well worth buy g a new one from Nissan. Ask for a 350z fuel tank o ring, the large one, and you'll get the right thing.
  19. Fuel filter is wrapped around the fuel pump, located under the passenger side rear seat. Might need to go to Nissan to get a correct one, cause I don't know if DD motors run a different setup. Iridiums are cheaper from the us. But take a while to post, if your using cheap shipping.
  20. My bet is that when you did your "sending unit" fix, You didn't correctly reassemble the unit. The large o ring around the top is hard to seat once removed. Go to Nissan and buy a new one, and take it appart, and re seat the o ring.
  21. Going to see if I can get leave for this. Got a plumb back for the gate. And some tyres I need to get rid of.
  22. Yup, family have a property halfway between Stroud and Gloucester. Road has been terrible for more than 2 decades. Going up the bIg hills outside Gloucester is fun.
