Sau A.c.t. - What Did You Do To Your Car Today?
B-rice replied to Got a Pulsar's topic in Australian Capital Territory
I scratched my LMgt4s doing a Macccaz run was so posses that day.Powdercoated them and was happy again. Rebuilt my calipers and powdercoated them wth Shiv. They looked great didn't want to put them back on.Whilst rebuilding bought braided lines and slotted rotors and pads. Now I need to find out how to bleed the master cylinder before I give up and take it to a shop -
This question has been asked a few times but no direct answeer.Bled the brakes four times not a single bubble came out after the third time. I rebuilt my calipers and put new brakes and rotors. what do i do to bleed the master cylinder as the pedal is very soft goes right to the floor but somehow manages to stop the car. Heard some say i push the pedal to the floor and someone cracksthe bleed nipple. Looking aroumd the master cylinder and couldnt find it .Any help is appreacited trying to avoid a shop doing this for me.

Im in the process of bleeding my brakes using a pressure bleeder. My question is has anyone managed to do it using the masterbcyclnder lid. Fluid keeps flowing out of mine due to the poor seal making it impossible to do the pressure bleeding. Any ideas or suggestions? Other than pedal pumping?

Does it matter if I empty out the master cylinder. Or is there a way to stop all the fluid flowing out of the master cylinder. I'm trying to avoid having to bleed the master cylinder after it goes too low

Hey Guys im painting my bonnet and im wondering if the type of clear i choose could affect the match. Im leaning towards the Acrylic or the 2k clear for a harder and shinier clear coat doesnt scratch easy too. However will the 2k clear make it look different from the rest of the car?

Heard someone here saying they commute Canberra to Sydney four times a week? Who was it again. Need to ship a bonnet from Wollogong to Canberra. Happy to give you a case or two of your favorite beer. Provided its not too out of your route.

You should come to the Friday meet or at least catch up some where need to see that front bar in real! -
They will still let you if you ask nicely my old CBR250RR has no gauge on it so I had to fill in a powerade just enough to ride to a servo. Not sure about cup though. Could be their joke of the day

Saw a black 35 with a mad blonde chick "sorry if it's anyone's misses, just a compliment"

What people don't understand in Canberra is that there's not much competition so prices go up,plus factor in transport from the nearest pipeline or shore. basic economics. Fuel is probably sold I'm this state at 100%+ profit. That's why the servo next door reduced their price not that they run at a loss at all. And if you look at the oil price per barrel from UAE they have dropped hence cheaper fuel. F*?n E85 hasn't dropped though!!
