  1. yeah i thought im going crazy but the gauge moves a lot quicker just after starting it. Not sure how other peoples setups are working on E85 but here in Canberra on the very first start you need to try atleast twice for it to start. Thereafter it starts on first go , if that makes sense. I have ASNU1100CC
  2. Check both graphs for the OP6 and SS1. Not sure which one is more responsive with enough power for you.SS1 seems like the most favorable atm. Thought about VNT yet?
  3. Been a few months of trying to iron out various issues, bought a turbo off a member which I only found out that it was the cause of smoke coming out during decel. Sent the turbo to hypergear he found out that the a Vl compressor was used to hybrid the turbo and i wasnt done properly. Got the turbo highflowed again for the latest 21U highflow. Also just after changing the clutch i developed a strong cut out as soon as i started making boost. Took me a while to find the problem and it turned out to be a map sensor that had kak'd. Initially i thought it was the rubber intake closing shut but i was wrong. So bought a texas instrument sensor, hopefully it will stand to the test. Fixed up the starting issue turned out that the ECU was still in protection mode, the car would star but would die after applying throttle. The cold start was redone as it was tuned in summer 33+ degrees. Now it starts like a dream even at 3degrees in the morning. While the car was at the tuners it made more power due to the changed highflow profile. Didnt get it tuned till the turbo runs outer puff, but rather 18psi dropping down to 16psi , if anyone is curious what they can do it made 318kws at 20psi but ill keep it at 18psi for now very safe atm and will crank the boost later. tune was done at E76 i would have probably got 320kw at 20psi if the content was 85%.
  4. got the issue sorted out it was due for a cold start retune. It was tuned in summer while it was 35+ degrees.
  5. yeah they stopped i thnk mine was the last order had to beg him to send the side skirts. If you ask nicely they might ship them but it will be pricy. or ask a broker like jessestreeter
  6. I always run a bottle of injector cleaner every month when I change oil. I probably use a bottle to half a tank which is more concentrated. I have a fuel pressure gauge too bumped up the pressure to 50psi. Didn't really help. I really hope it's the injectors because they take a fair bit of effort to remove. But yes ill get them flow tested and cleaned and possibly source o new filter baskets for them. Were they ASNU1100CC by anychance? ive attached the fuel and ignition tables
  7. I'll post the ign n fuel table. But since the car can idle for so long can I crossout dirty injectors.not sure.FP speed light? It's always cold in Canberra. Thanks for your input
  8. Hi Ive recently had a starting issue. tried changing the plugs and testing for spark. Tested the CAS by spinning it. Checked for fuel after the rail. got the car started by spraying start aid to the intake. It started straight away. but when throttle is applied it seem to die or drop revs till it dies. ive recently started using united e85 so im thinking maybe dirty injectors. But when the car started it ran for 10mins without a problem. but dies when revs applied. The first time this issue occured the car died in the middle of the road, lost all power but the revs were still present. As soon i applied more throttle it died. Thereafter never managed to start it till now. any help is appreciated as im trying to to waste money on something that isnt broke. R3GTT, VIPEC PLUGIN
  9. I'm getting quite quick at doing this as I always have to do something to do with coolant. Jack it up as everyone said and stick a coke bottle. Let it idle and watch some TV. You may have to refill when the level goes down.
  10. Yeah no probs Daniel text me as I'm not always here. Got uni exams and stuff
  11. If you're desperate Bash a slightly bigger socket and use a breaker bar. They will come off.
  12. You should definitely think of making more I'd be keen for one. Wonder why no one has thought of making carbon fibre intercooler pipes etc
  13. Dude that's looks nice. Is it going to be like the carbon fibre on motorbike exhausts. You can literally touch it even when the metal part is red hot.
  14. If its valve stem seals I have the tools to change them without removing the head off. Mine did the same when backing off turned out I had to rebuild my turbo but had changed the seals before and it wasnt the problem.
  15. that's an even bigger worry now. Well it's insured for theft aswell but would suck to loose it.
  16. Usually pull out a fuse. And leave nothing tempting inside as I live in the ghetto. Part of the south.
  17. any of you guys gurus with N16 Pulsar? Car was running fine then when we tried to start it it wont even turn over. Theres a just a click sound coming from starter and the seems like all the power goes after attempting to start, dont even have hazard lights. Tried jumpstarting and using a jumper pack to no luck, battry has the green indicator on meaning its still healthy. Seems a bit like an electrical problem. Any ideas anyone?
  18. If you do try using Jspec might be "easier" mine was hassleless but then again things change. Choose Melbourne as your delivery port these less cars to be complianced that side unlike NSW where they probably complicance for other states without a port.
