  3. Looks really good. This is now on my list of things to buy when I place my next order with RHDJapan. Thanks for the write up.
  4. Did you end up finding out what was in the kit?? The link above does not seem to work, and I haven't found out what is included in the kit.
  5. $300 sounds about right. I have had similar repairs done by a mobile paint guy for $250, he does a great job too. i am in Perth, so no point passing on his contact details though.
  6. Front bumper looks really good, great job. Keep those posts coming!!

  10. As above, Don't sell the original 3 piece side-skirts. (unless you sell them to me )
  11. Richard, why are you going to replace the 3 piece N1 side skirts??
  12. Thanks. Wasn't really that hard. Pulled the rims apart and sanded, primed and painted the centres. Sanded the outer part of the rims with the required grade of emery to get rid of the scratches and curb damage (I used a file to remove some curb damage). Then used finer and finer emery until I had used 3000 grit wet and dry. Then polished using metal polish. bolted the rims back together and then had them balanced for peace of mind
  13. Yeah, I am talking about the part Richard has highlighted in red also.
  14. Thanks Richard. I was also thinking of straightening the sills out, then cutting some out for the hoist pads. Will also rust proof, then paint etc. Just hate the look of my crushed sills and the thought of rust creeping in there. Yes, paranoid I know!!
  15. Thanks Duncan, thought this might be going down the path of being obsessive compulsive, now confirmed.
  16. Anyone?? Anyone??
  17. Resurrecting an old thread here. I am also suffering from the typical crushed sills from my car being lifted on the sills when on a hoist. I want to get my sills repaired/replaced, but want to stop them from getting damaged again once fixed. Any ideas?? My mechanic generally only uses the sills on the front of the car, as he lifts the rear of the car using part of the rear suspension (the rear lower arms I think). Has any one here done anything to strengthen the sills, or do you lift on different points ( other than the sills) when on the hoist?? I see in the R32 GTR manual, they use some sort of rubber block with a cut out for the sill to lift the car from the sills. Has anyone used something similar?? Any assistance/ideas appreciated.
  18. Thanks Richard, what bits would you steal if given the opportunity
  19. Here's mine. Could do with a clean, but you get the idea.
  20. Call Steve Barnes at Northside Nissan in Wangara, WA. ph. 9409 0120 He has a BNR32 so knows them well. He will be able to source the necessary parts for you.
  21. Yeah mate, will do.
  22. Richard, This is the part number for the OEM Nissan engine under tray. I am pretty sure it looks like this. i just ordered a new one from Nissan for $185, so 8000 yen is a very good deal
  23. NLA means No Longer Available From what I have seen, the carpet used for the GTST mats is different to the GTR mats, same shape though.
  24. Thanks (OO)SKYLINE(OO), looks good.
