  1. Brake pads no. Injectors themselves no....some fuel setups i think may need it, but the commercially-available-type rb inj/rail combos do not need a cert from what i recall.
  2. He sounds like a caaaaaaannnnt....
  3. If its plastic, more likely to be fuel rail spacer.
  4. Microtech is accurately named...as that is the amount of tech it contains.
  5. Indeed...no moving parts in it, so..? What did you find to be the issue with it?
  6. Have most of the above at both Lakeside and QR. Whereabouts in Bris are you to be living?
  7. Still leaning to vacuum leak. Did you do a pressure test, or just spray carb cleaner in random spots?
  8. update on mine - turns out the 2 nozzles on the connector that leads to the banjo fitting had blocked with bits of o-ring. When I rebuilt it last weekend the middle o-ring had fallen apart; I had cleaned the shizz out of everything with washdown and blow out with compressed air, but guess there were some little bits stuck in there that came out when driving.
  9. I went for the Taarks r35 coil kit, just under 900. Money well spent IMO, perfect fit and nice bracket.
  10. And this has literally just happened to me, during driving...was fine when i started the drive. First glance at PFC sensor check says, no signal from ps solenoid when turning.
  11. Isn't the vac part r32 only, after that is all electronic?
  12. To me that says hydraulic issue rather than electronic, but the r34 workshop manual has a section on steering diagnosis - do you have it? If not pm your email and will send u a copy.
  13. Permatex grey sealant. Penrite gl4, some love, and then some more penrite gl4.
  14. Yeah but you could google it for him and then post him the pic showing it, why you being so unhelpful??? ? OP sriously, will be easier to show it if you google image it; tryng to explain it is still going to leave you guessing.
  15. found a photo of the alleged turbo in question Your Honor, from when it was off the car a while back. yep it's an r33 hiflow alright.
  16. Fk i knew i forgot something!!......which was, to get milk ? Gearbox is in, sealed up tight and running sweeeeet.
  17. Yeah the ones i know of are $70,000+
  18. You will need to do a bit to get the pipe to fit your exact setup; it is a stainless 90 with the ports welded into it. More of a "free gift" with the turbo. I will post a pic shortly.
  19. have a Hypergear 2u1 hiflowed turbo for sale in about 14 days time - will be on the car still until then and any test welcome - is still in excellent condition, probably around 3? years old? Just moving on to a larger turbo now. Has been run around the 15psi range mainly, so well under its' limits. Comes with a Mamba adjustable wastegate that's been modified to PROPERLY fit instead of the usual off-the-shelf shit fitment. Wastegate is under 10 months old and comes with all the extra springs. Will also throw in a metal intake pipe cos why not. $500 for the lot, pickup in Brisbane or postage anywhere in Oz at cost. Still on car so a pic won't show much, but will post pics once removed if not sold by then. Also still have - brand new GK Tech subframe bushes for R33 GTST in box, Splitfire series 2 R33 coils, Tein springs brand new in box, TOG R33 hicas eliminator kit brand new still in box, to name a few. PM if interested.
  20. If i was me, and i am, i'd search for images/hose diagrams on what that nipples leads to. Which is the turbo btw. If you don't have a turbo you could Block it like it was a New Kid.
  21. Thank you once again for your help. I was going to give it a part-fill before putting it back in the car and give it a thorough turning over to get oil over everything; hopefull does the trick.
