  1. Unlikely to have damaged the box mate. If it's a slave cylinder there's no need to remove the box. Get her up in the air and take a look
  2. Free practive at lakeside tomorrow..... hmmm, Emo is still on the trailer, might go again me thinks
  3. Yeah I keep forgetting to try after 8..... crazy. LOL
  4. Too many variables for me to be able to answer with any certainty mate, but IMO, you'll need at least 40 litres, especially if you'll run on E85. Factory tanks aren't hard to find, aren't heavy, are easy to fill etc, but DO limit how epic the rear undertray can be..... IF you're going to run one.
  5. No sweat mate Give Ian a bell, what are you plans? Building a biggen?
  6. Yeah mate, it's pretty much the Tomei cattledog (the crank is really somethin else, only one the engine balancer has, well, never had to balance!)... I'm refering to the 32.
  7. I flippantly said "doubled it", it was a little more scientific than that, but you get the idea
  8. Well, it had 450/350 (Yes, softer than I run in my Targa 32 GTS!) in it until last weekend when we doubled the rates and had Murray stiffen the shocks to match...... it was terrible around Lakeside, but it also lacked any form of undertray and was porpoising in the front. First time the car's ever understeered. (Same Whiteline bars on soft set, messed about during the day but made no real advances) With the old springs in it, as you may know it would actually lift the inside front exiting corners, but was a dream handler..... very forgiving and lots of traction. Still seems to be the preffered setup, but time and some sorting may change that.
  9. The factory tank does a very good job, is mounted well for weight distribution, and has enough capacity for quite a few laps, even on E85....... Hi Octane 32 GTR still runs the factory tank.
  10. Haha, nothing to do with mine being a Fred Flinstone car at the moment
  11. You are right Harry.... you do tend to take it a bit seriously.... Dunc, can you share the findings once you've spoken to them mate?
  12. Ok, let's try this http://m.youtube.com/#/watch?xl=xl_blazer&v=Tdm6aw__8Wc
  13. I think I have it right We will see I guess, uploading to YouTube now......
  14. Ok, just downloaded it, will give her a crack!
  15. I'm on the hunt for a good FREE movie editor for HD suiting Windows 7.... anyone?
  16. Delete your post you bastard before savman sees it!
  17. I still don't have all my bits for the Skyline's new engine. Berry wants to bring the 32 out as well, but we're unsure on what class it fits into either? as soon as I hear talk of turbo restritors and IPRA rules and the usual associated tummy piclet (sp?) officials, my eyes glaze over and I lose interest..... you aren't going anyway Harry?
  18. Thanks big marrn...... Sports sedans sounds reasonable, they might not hold me up too much... I hate traffic It's all starting to sound too hard! lol... I don't think I can get my hands on any semis.
  19. I don't know what class I should enter? I'm not up with the lingo? Anyone give me an idea please..... I'll be running a very standard Evo 5 on slicks.
  20. Mclaren just needs to install a bumper-ring around LH's car, ala indoor Karts.....
  21. For sure for sure. But as is always said (especially of the really fast bits), "the driver controls the throttle".
  22. I'd have to agree.... and Rossarden, you're heading downhill at 200+ into a tightening corner
  23. Hmmm, gotta say, doesn't look that bad to me. I'm certain if you actually stopped and looked on many of the Tugga Tas roads you'd find similar drops. in fact, where we stuck the 34 in in Rally Burnie on Hellyer Gorge in 2006 we were stopped by a fern from travelling over the 20 metre drop, vertical. I very nearly slipped down there when I exited the car. And the fast bit, just looks wicked to me! Not really very different to the top of Cethana, long staights with fast corners in between = MONEY stage! Don't stress fellas
